Rally House Omdömen

Wicked awesome team and atmosphere

Stopped in the store on my way home from work and was not greeted or acknowledged (I was the only one in the store) when walking around. I had picked out two sweaters and asked to use the restroom and was told restrooms aren’t for customers and no. I was about to purchase 2 sweaters and maybe a 1/4 zip (that’s about $275). I left. Lifelong Badger fan that purchases lots of apparel but not from here. The two sales kids didn’t even hardly look up from their phones.
Thanks Taco Bell for the bathroom and Kohls and Dicks for the sweaters and shirts.

Had ordered a shirt that was out of stock in the store. I received notice of shipping but it never progressed in tracking. Two weeks later I texted the number on the email and had prompt resolution. Apparently the item is out of stock. Would have given this 5 stars had the system cancelled the order and refunded because it was out of stock, not requiring me to follow up.

The staff outstanding and was very helpful and courteous. I got everything I wanted and more 😆. I would recommend it for anyone to shop there for local sports.

The associates were helpful and friendly and the selection was wonderful.

Amazing place!! Came from out of town for the basketball game and needed some Sparty gear. The selection was incredible. We both bought more than we came in for but would have bought more!! Love this store.

I came in just for a few small things for once lol but I was talking to the cashier how my son had just gotten into KU’s Mechanical Engineering program and I was so proud and excited as my husband and I are KU grads too. She said she thought they had some clothing with “University of Kansas School of Engineering Program” or something along those lines. I was so thrilled. She not only looked online but there were only 2 available, both in Lawrence, she called both stores to hold the size until the shipment decided which store it would pull from. It was during the work week. We weren’t holding up any lines. I had a nice chat with her. She definitely went above and beyond. Yeah, she got them a sale but she had to do a lot of work for it and it is nice to see that some employees still care out there. So, Amanda at the Rally House by Oak Park Mall thanks for caring so I could get that hoodie! Many prompts and thanks to you!!!

We visited the Collegeville location, our first trip to a Rally House. This is an amazing store...clean, friendly clerks and awesome manager. We drove from Lancaster County to get there and it was worth the drive...we will visit again!
Let's go Phils! ⚾️

I never bought anything from you. You just sent me a receipt that was billed to a credit account I don't have. You got scammed by someone who fraudulently used my email address.
I hope that whomever's credit card number was used is able to cancel or reverse the charge.
Try tracking down the shipping address to see where your merch went. It certainly didn't come to me.

The selection of merchandise is almost overwhelming.. in a good way. We needed assistance with selecting a jersey high on the wall and the associate was very helpful and patient. Check out was quick and efficient!

It was my first time ever shopping at Rally House and the two young ladies working were very nice, helpful and it was a great experience....I walked out with some new Brewers swag!

My daughter and I had 20 minutes to kill before the K State game. If we had more time we would’ve spent more money. The Aggieville store is our favorite. The staff is great and the options are amazing.

Found everything I was looking for. Great selection of merchandise. Super service!! Had an enjoyable conversation with one of the sales personnel. GO CATS!!!

Service was friendly n great. A pleasantly experience.

Order ready when I arrived. Quick purchase and friendly service.

This store is great. I do love Rally House’s selection. But paying $36 for a t-shirt is way too much. Rally House is overpriced AND never seems to have sales or coupons to alleviate that.

Shout out to the Arlington, Texas location in the highlands. i just want to express how amazing the staff was today! I came in around 4:30-5pm. The young man who was at the register helped me with my first online order (super easy) I also ran into 3 super nice ladies on the floor they all immediately asked if I needed help with something. Also Kim who was stocking in the back! She was also super knowledgeable about the different blends of the shirts (which I love) Overall 10/10 service!
I hope this finds the correct people (AKA corporate y’all need to shout out this store)

I ordered on-line based on a delivery date (promise date) that offered 2 business day delivery. The first business day, the tracking data showed it delay by one, then two then 3 additional days, which failed to meet my requirements and the sole reason this site was chosen vs. others.

Staff member or friend of staff member was sitting on the counter with a Bluetooth speaker playing very loud. 3 staff members all be hind the counter talking to each other not the 4 customers in the store. Was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. The store had way too much product in the store, very messy and very hard to shop. I stood in line for 10 mins waiting to check out. One staff member was helping a customer return an item. There were 2 other registers and two other employees behind the counter. They did not help or want to help. So I waited in line while the staff talked amongst them self about the song that the friend was playing on the blue tooth speaker. I was looking for a jersey for my son and had already gone to 2 other rally house stores. The store at MOA had it. The other reason I bought it was because I finally found one. I won’t go back to visit or purchase anything from this location.

The staff were amazing in helping me to create a custom jersey for my Wedding! All of the staff that I interacted with were so helpful and kind to making sure I got what I wanted for my special day! We cant wait show showcase our Stars fandom with all of our guests!
