SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND MADE ME REALIZE THAT RAISIN IS "NOT AN ONLINE SCAM".
THE EMAILS I RECEIVED WERE NOT ON POINT AT ALL
AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. THEY REALLY UPSET ME WHERE I ALMOST WANTED TO CLOSE ALL MY RAISIN ACCOUNTS AND CALL YOU GUYS A DAM SHAME SCAM!!!!!
I AM 73 YEARS OLD, WORK 60 HOURS A WEEK TO MAKE ENDS MEET FOR MY FAMILY I DON'T NEED TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

Patient and helpful
The Raisin representative was extremely patient and helpful getting me through the online verification process and then explaining how to proceed with managing my CD afterwards. He encouraged me to call again if I have any problems, and I think he meant it!

I am so happy that I found "Raisin" that operates an online marketplace banking services! When I call they actually answer the phone and no waiting on hold for a long time like most banks customer service. I am so grateful that I again received excellent customer service from Josh T! A Customer Focused Business
I have had very good experiences with Raisin since the beginning. Customer service is great. Easy to actually speak to someone rather than dealing with AI generated response systems. Please do not change that! Today, Ola was so very helpful. He is a gem. He walked me through finding a new CD that matched my needs and finding a form to change my external bank change. Thank you for setting up a process that is customer friendly.

I really like Raisin
I really like Raisin it is usually a very easy app to use. But today’s experience was a little frustrating. My bank was bought out by another bank and trying to change my external bank to the new one was extremely frustrating.
