Satisfactory
Had to chase them up a few times. Garden was left quite a mess after they cut the trees down. They weren't able to remove them. Language used by them was not appropriate. Did not fee they completed the job to a satisfactory level. Did not seem friendly. Price was good however and they stuck to the price quoted.

Garden maintaince
I called this company to come and give my garden a good tidy up, called friday late afternoon the job was done the next day. I found them to be extremely helpful, they worked quickly and did a very good job. They did exactly what I'd asked unlike some company's I have used in the past and removed all the rubbish when they left.
They left my garden very tidy and I will be using them.

Very expensive.£120 For 20 minutes work.i cut it up made it easier to load.
I asked if could take 5 half full bin liners of dry grass wanted extra

All the waste that we collect goes through very strict procedures for waste management and recycling which creates extra costs for us and is one of the components of our pricing. Therefore, we had to charge extra for the additional 5 bins that were not included in the initial estimated price quote which you accepted.
Our main priority is our customers’ satisfaction and we always ask for feedback while still on site so our team can react immediately.

Fantastic job
If I have any complaint, it is that it's not immediately obvious how to leave a recommendation!
Rang them on Monday for hedge trimming, price excellent based on a photo that I sent. Sadly, I couldn't make the Wednesday which was when they wanted to come in but the communication was impressive. Eventually came in on Friday to trim two small hedges down to manageable levels.
In at 09.30 - out by 10.30 - job done, cleaned up, swept up, bagged and taken away. Fabulous job completed by competent, enthusiastic guys and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
