Whether you’re decluttering your home, renovating a flat or having a garden revamp, our fully vetted and experienced team of waste collectors are on hand, 24/7 to remove your waste. We have several dedicated collection vehicles operating all through-out London so our friendly and reliable team are able to clear your waste within hours – no matter how big the job is! We take pride in offering a Fast, Efficient and Reliable Service. Our vehicles are fully insured to carry waste, we have Public Liability Insurance and a Waste Carriers License which has been approved by the Environmental Agency.  Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Our commitment to an ethical and environmentally conscientious business is at the heart of everything we do. First, we believe in reducing waste that goes to landfill to reduce carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide emissions. Next, we believe in reusing waste by donating usable items to charity. Lastly, by re-engineering and recycling we can bring unloved items backed to life. All clients will receive a waste transfer note upon completion of work to verify that all waste has been properly and responsibly disposed of and recycled where possible.

Wonderful service

Wonderful service - Samuel was a great point of contact, an appointment was made promptly, they arrived bang on time and were lovely, helpful guys. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Thank you so much Sammuel, Louis and Ted. You worked so hard and cleared everything in the whole flat. And there was a lot of stuff!
Considerate and respectful gentlemen. Reasonably priced.

Look no further, these are the BEST refuge removal company!

Wow! Boy were we appreciative of Sam and his immensely trustworthy, hardworking, polite and friendly team. Look no further is you're in need of a private refuge company, offering exceptional competitive prices, a quick turn around and who also offer garden clearance as well as taking down the overgrown wisteria. We have windows!!!

We have used Sam on many occasions and couldn't be happier with the professional service we have received. Thank you so much! I would recommend these guys all day long!

Excellent service from Sam and his…

Excellent service from Sam and his team. He came at short notice to clear my sons garden and did a great job…he actually took more rubbish than quoted for which was kind..my daughters make up bag was taken in error and Sam delivered it back to her going out of his way to do this..highly recommended Fair price too

Consistently Great Service

Recently had used this company again after a few years. Happy to say I remain happy with their efficiency and a massive help in a time it’s very hard to find reliable workers when rubbish is needed clearing fast.

I will definitely be using Willows waste when the time comes around next!

These guys Sam & his team are absolutely fantastic - they arrive when they say they will, they are meticulously clean and tidy which is a great help after having rubbish collected really nice bunch of guys really ply happy easy-going and good to chat with recommend I’m enough
