Poor quality bank
Apart from the fact that they are owned by Austrians, this bank charges a commission of 3 euros/month for each separate account, in each available currency!!! Also, they stress you with calls in case you happen to have debts (even if they value 4-5 lei), they threaten you, they place an attachment on your account.
They also suspended the cashier activity, this is a big disadvantage if you want to make quick operations.
0 stars!!! You lost me as a client.

Exactly when you need your app it doesn't work, can't reset and I have noticed that 2 days out of 7 maybe you can use it.
Romanians don't really read these reviews, but if you are a foreigner and even think of opening an account with them, drop the idea.
I am abroad, non eu country and they expect me to call them from my Romanian nr, it is a JOKEEE

I do not recommend the products of this bank, nor the relationship with the poorly trained, bureaucratically trained employees. A company not adapted to the century in which we live, a bank where a 30-day response is expected to obtain approval to close an account, a company where employees still write by hand on sheets of paper or do not know each other. I do not recommend the office in Mosilor (which is actually on Eminescu) nor the office in Obor, both in Bucharest, Romania.

I do not recommend them to anyone.. Suddenly closed my account while I was abroad and couldn't use my cards to pay lol. They said "We can close accounts to whoever we want", without any explanation, just suddenly closed. I was paying hotels, food, supermarket, online services, nothing illegal, just usual things... what a scam bank.
If you think to open an account with them, DO NOT DO THAT! Their workers do not even know anything.
And the "BEST" part: They are the most expensive in Romania, with absurd exchange rates (when paying in another currency) and absurdly high monthly fees...
They say you won't be charged with monthly fees if you will use your card every month for even the smaller payment = LIE! You will be charged 3 EUROS / month for every Card you own (not account, but card).

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The worst bank ever! Customer service is a joke, they cannot give you any information if you don't call from the phone number they have on file.
My mom has been living outside of Romania for many years and they're not giving her any information about her account unless she calls them from a cell phone number form 13 years ago that doesn't exist anymore!!!
We even sent someone to the branch with a notarized document and they did non accept it. They want my mom to go to the branch in person in Romania. She is 75 years old and she has cardiac problems.
Stay away from this bank! They are the worst!!! Do yourself a favour and never open an account with them!!!

Pay pay attention if you speak only english this bank is not for you!
1) not exist support in english they will send email with general informatinnand only ask to go in your succursal
2) they charge cost that not exist and they not give reply about that they charged me 90 euro without reply now I lawsuit them
3) if you use the app and give click to new account they charged 10 euro more every 15 days and you not have the possibility to close accounts so for life you will pay 10 euro more every 15 days

The worst ever bank
The worst ever bank. They blocked my money (block technic), promised to unblock and say "tomorrow" every day and weeks. The problem has not been solved yet! And.. this is for a premium account.
The hotline is crap, if you choose English support + premium client in the voice menu - you'll get useless romanian speaker who could tell you: "we will call you back". They never call you back, just remember 😅
Be careful with this bank, avoid and sidestep this bank!

The worst bank. App always blocking, customer support helpless, high charges, mistakes even on ATMs (the balance was showing something completely incorrect).... and I am not saying everything! So disappointed.
