I had a rubbish experience with this company. We purchased 4 x expensive Entel radios and paid extra for an emergency button to be usable on the radios. When they arrived the extra programming we paid for had not been done. When I contacted the company they were rude but eventually accepted it hadn't been done. In the end I had to spend an hour updating the radios myself and the company then refused to refund the programming charge, despite having not provided the radios programmed. Very disappointing. I suggest anyone thinking of buying radios goes to one of the many other friendly suppliers available. Avoid at all costs!

We seem to have a disagreement or misunderstanding about what you paid for.
When you pay Radiotronics UK for programming of any nature, you do not pay for us to load it into the radio - that's free. You pay for the engineering time of creating a programming file in line with your business requirement. You're paying for an outcome that delivers a solution to your business requirement.
There was an error in the initial programming.
Normal procedure is that the radios would be returned to correct an error in programming. This can be very inconvenient and so we wanted to find a better solution.
Therefore, instead of asking you to return all the radios, the engineer corrected the settings and sent you a new file (and software). This allowed you to conveniently load the new settings into the radio - on your premises.
You paid for an outcome, however the outcome is achieved, it was achieved. Your two way radios now work as expected.
It's with regret that you do not feel that Radiotronics UK has met your expectations and you felt the need to leave a negative review. However, we feel that we exceeded our normal company procedure on this occasion and delivered a satisfactory outcome.

An excellent service at a great price
We used Radiotronics as they provided the kit we needed at an exceptional price. Delivery was very prompt, and once we'd spoken to them and explained what system we use, they set us up with an account that displayed all relevant associated accessories, avoiding us having to trawl through their website for the right parts. Excellent service.

Safe sensible supplier - Radiotronics
Radiotronics were very careful and considerate towards my telephone request to purchase equipment.
They gave good advice on best way to purchase and manage the VAT issue.
Working from our previous purchases they were able to provide what we needed in the quickest time.

pessima professionalita'
Ad oggi a distanza di circa 40gg. dall'ordine il collo non e' stato ricevuto, nonostante il pagamento dei dazi doganali avvenuto subito dopo la richiesta. La Radiotronics non si e' assolutamente attivata alla ricerca del collo che apparentemente e' andato perso insieme a c.ca 300,00 euro di spesa, tra batterie Hytera e caricabatterie
