Great supplier, items arrive quickly and well packed.

good communication and advice for products

Good place to locate various radiocommunications devices & accessories, but mostly a reseller for other distributors. Several recent orders have come directly from the distributors (Syndico, Shenfield Communications, etc).

Service is friendly, staff are helpful and will try to close a sale.

Old discount code for returning customers no longer works. Requesting quotes doesn't elicit any discount, even for returning customers with reasonable size orders.

EDIT: Following the original review (above), the company contacted us asking us to amend this review to suit their own liking; we chose not to change our original wording, as it is a truthful, honest & accurate reflection of the service we have received. We then placed an order for another item, which was "under review by admin team" before being cancelled with a reason of "no further orders"; they followed this up with an email saying they are refusing to supply us because we ignored their emails to modify this review. We will not be bullied by any organisation to modify our public reviews. As an organisation providing life-critical & safety-critical services, we are required to be resilient with redundancy in all aspects of our business - therefore, we have already placed an order for the item we need with our alternative approved supplier, with no impact to our business operations or clients.

Despite their assertion in their reply, the terms publicly available on their website do not say this. No other terms & conditions apply to our order, as none were provided to us either prior to acceptance nor at acceptance.

Radiotronics UK may choose to deliver your goods directly from a manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor or supplier. This is at Radiotronics UK sole discretion and you cannot ask us not to do this. Your delivery address and contact number will be supplied to them with strict instructions to delete these details immediately after delivery. If you are uncomfortable with this, we ask that you do not place an order."

We have never been informed that well known distributor organisation identities are confidential (indeed, for Hytera radios, the UK distributor is listed on Hytera's public website). It's hard to understand how such information is confidential or commercially sensitive, given that it is clearly evident to all customers who receive an order in the packing of the distributor, and receive shipping updates from couriers in the name of the distributor.

The attitude shown by Radiotronics in their reply to this review further confirms to us that they no longer meet the criteria to supply to our business and we have barred them, and any other organisation affiliated to them or their directors/shareholders from our supply chain.
