Dispute not resolved.
Despite saying about 30 day money-back payment & Radiocodes statement that they have refunded my payment.
Have checked all accounts and as of 21/01/2016 no refund has been received from them.
First contact with this company I found them what seemed to be helpful, But when code did not work Radiocodes would not believe anything I honestly told them.
Would never use this company or even suggest anyone to use them.
Also would have put only one star, but I have to be 100% honest & two stars is far closer. Philip Wivell.

Hi Philip, when i received your email informing us that it was not correct i asked-are you sure? the reason being is that we generate our codes from the ford database, the code we produced was correct for the serial supplied by you. i did not in any form call you a liar, im very sorry if me asking "are you sure" made you feel i was calling you a liar, the only explination i can give is that eather the serial was supplied incorrectly or we made a mistake "a typing error" however we were not given the oppertunity to put this right and we did stick to our money back promise and refunded you the full amount, thanks radiocodes.info

Lost radio codes
All I had to do was give my radio number which is found on the radios body. So just by sliding radio out get number going online give details plus pay a price off 7.99. After a short time an email came with code type into radio and of we go as easy as that. A ford dealer said we would have to pay £20 just for them to take radio out on a focus you just need a Philips screw driver take about 3 minutes. All in all money well spent I recommend this service to anyone

Same day or within 2 hrs would be world claas service.You should strive to acheive this as othercompanies advertise immediate response, however are more expensive.
