Paid my money received my code and now my radio works. About time too, as my radio was off for18 months. I even bought a solar radio to listen too while I was driving about and that cost three times as much as it did for the radio code.

Been a week since radio codes said they would give me a refund and 2 weeks since they first took my money. Still no refund. Appalling customer service

I ordered a code which was never sent although I was charged immediately. After 1 week I formally cancelled the order and made a request for a full refund. This resulted in a curt one line message requesting the serial number so the request could be chased up. I replied to this restating that I no longer wanted the code and only wanted a refund. 4 days later, still no response.

This is definitely a company to be avoided.

Interesting to see a response below. Very strange that they didn't have the common decency to email me personally despite the fact that I emailed them directly. For the record, no refund has yet been received.

Further update

Some rather rude individual in this organisation certainly likes the phrase "epic fail" when responding to reviews. Well I suggest it should be applied to them. Having been publicly accused of trying to order a code for a radio that isn't listed on the site I checked and there is a specific statement that radios beginning with a certain serial number CAN be unlocked and mine was one such serial number.

No refund yet so time to consider legal redress although in contravention of the law and despite an email request no postal address has been supplied.

BE VERY AWARE IF YOU TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Wrong code to start but good communication and sorted soon as good service thanks

After paying for a code online and receiving a confirmation of my order I waited 3 weeks and received no code. The original email stated that codes can take a few days to receive so I waited, I sent an email direct to the company asking where my code was...... No reply!
I waited another few days and mailed them using the PayPal contact and made a complaint...... No reply!
I then escalated my complaint to try and get
My money back with PayPal...... They replied!!!! They lied and told PayPal that they had sent me my code!!!
I checked my emails and went through all junk folders and inboxes just in case it had been sent there..... Nothing
Absolute joke of a company, ignorant of any communication and lacking in any kind of customer services. I suggest shopping around, recently been in contact with Radio Codes UK who were more than helpful! I've never owned a Renault so don't lie about the code. It was for a Honda and I used a reputable company to get the code after wasting time and money with you!!!

24 hours later and no code! Claiming the code hasn't been received.
When asked for a refund I received the code has been processed. Liars and cheats!

Couldn't get radio out so pressed 2&6 together and showed the serial numbers was unsure if it was right! Within the hour I got my code easy instuctions and boom the music is back! Fab service recommended!

Was given information on how to get radio serial number no problem emailed the number had key code back within 20 mins imputed it in radio no more driving in total silence and it only cost me £2-99 God knows what it would have cost me to go elsewhere the service given was EXCELLENT will most definitely recommend this service.
