I’ve had a great experience buying my first RC car from radio-controlled.co.uk. I had an idea of what I wanted but ended up buying something similar but different after taking advice and I’m so happy I did. I was suggested the Hailboxing 903A and I think it’s a great first car. I’m going to buy a couple more cars for my kids as they have also become addicted to mine. Great prices, 2 day delivery, very happy

A brilliant car
A brilliant car! Brought for my son and possibly loved harder by my husband and his brothers lol. So fast, had a good battery life, looks amazing. I have accidentally crashed it and the battery popped out (oops) but it fixed easily. Its looks great and my son as impressed his mates so all over a win

All went very well
All went very well. Ordering process was very easy. Shipping was quick until German customs got involved. I totally forgot that UK isn’t part of the EU anymore and customs fees apply when shipping to Germany. The parcel was very well packed.
Overall I highly recommend radio-controlled.co.uk.

Good company with decent stock
Ordered from this company. On 23rd December 2023. Item was listed as 48hour delivery nothing arrived for some time I contacted them and spoke to Olly he explained a few errors in their system, he understood that from my point of view I was expecting a fast delivery as advertised. He ended up offering a different model as what i ordered was on a very long backorder. Not quite what i had been hoping for but a good fair resolution in my view. I now look forward to delivery.

This one is totally on us! We missed the order over the xmas break and should have emailed the customer immediately. The product is out of stock until the end of jan.
The customer has been contacted and offered a refund if they choose to take it, or they can wait until we have the restock.
We are working on inprovements on how we reconcile stock against ebay orders more quickly so this doesnt happen in future.

Very good prices
Very good prices, very fast shipping in Christmas time, but the customs stopped it in Norway, because the price was not included in the order details.I lost one week in the customs because of that. Anyway I will highly recommend the store.

We never received the product
We never received the product. It arrived to Italy, but we were wrongly informed which company was responsible for the delivery. We had to find out by ourselves, and then it was too late: the product went back to you. When we claim the money or redelivery, your employee never answered back.

Your case did go on for a long time because of the many postage partners who had to investigate this, and I'm very sorry for that.
You have now been refunded in full.
