Good Experience
Ordered a double column radiator for our conservatory which was dispatched & received in good time, however when it arrived on Friday evening I was disappointed to find it was damaged so I contacted Radiator king who responded 1st thing Monday morning (not open weekends) I needn't have worried a new Radiator was promptly dispatched & the damaged one picked up at the same time.
All in all a very good experience and I could only highly recommend this company.

With a large panel radiator in our lounge, showing signs of rust, we thought a replacement was called for. And we found it on the Radiator King web site.
Easy to order, pay for and delivery arranged.
Optional pack of new valves supplied, as the Heating Engineer requested.

Excellent customer service. The radiator I ordered was not in stock so I was offered a free upgrade. The delivery was very quick and I was given an accurate delivery time. I am very pleased with the radiator, it looks great in our kitchen diner, the colour is a perfect match with our kitchen units and it looks very stylish.

Brilliant Purchase!
Found this lovely radiator on the internet after searching for what we wanted.
We were looking for something special to compliment our new kitchen, and we found this on Radiator King's website, it was easy to see which size we would need, as all the dimensions and BTU info was there.
Delivery was free and so quick. The radiator looks absolutely stunning and we are so pleased with our purchase.
We will be definitely using this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for beautiful radiators, at brilliant prices!

Great product and positive experience
Purchased our new radiator, the product was as shown and good value. Now installed and working too ands perfect for the space we needed it for. As we had ordered the thermostatic valves too and these didn't arrive with the radiator I contacted Radiator King to query if these were supposed to be with the radiator or arriving separately and had a response the same day so was well impressed! Delivery was as stated so all in a all a really positive experience shopping with Radiator King and would highly recommend this business

They value their customers!
Was the experience perfect? Due to some confusion regarding the delivery company and a minor blemish on the product, it was not.
However, the company itself made the experience very satisfactory. Communication and outcomes were excellent. Highly recommended and would order from again!
