Any 1 wanting a cup from this seller please read the reviews 1st before buying . Reviews r not good at all . Cats still have worms that she let's walk all over the work sides only picking one worm of the work space about 5 days ago . Cat was seen on her live 1 day ago again on work space with one crawling out of its behind . 2 she if not very hygienic in herself wipes her nose on her clothes that she will wear for days on end often sit on live with no trousers on often seen scratching her privates. Again not washing hands after itching.. no gloves used at all while making the cups
Now for the cups making side of it the cups r quickly made on live mayb what 3 mins to stick a sticker on the cups some dont even wrap around the whole cup quickly shows the customer the cup without showing the whole cup well defo wont show the gap and the mess up on the sticker .. now for the glitter cups she tries to make I say try as 6 weeks later im yet to see a perfect cup made as she calls them .. glitter is dusty she will use tap water and will just throw solution in a jug mix and hope for the best doest mix the right amout of glitter again just hopes for the best. No movement in glitter at all if it does it will be the air bubbles that move the glitter she never removes the air bubbles as she says she does come thats what really makes the compacted glitter moves.she hardly resins the stopper in the cup again a choxking hazard for a small child again she has no liability insuarce so lets hope no.small child or adult does cos u wont be getting anytging for thos one She wont refund you either for a awful cups u recive .. all u will get is a lap fall of glitter. So any one thinking of getting a cup from this one look up her name on tick tock plenty of information about her on there not all good either. Look at the reviews as well if that dont tell u to avoid this seller then all I can say is happy buying . Of yeah also its pay before u buy pre order or even seen your cup . Dont say u wasn't warned

Was in her live and she's calling her customers C***S and being damn disrespectful towards her customers and she let's her phone stay on the live and argues with her misses and gaslights her disgusting DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WOMAN HER CATS HAVE WORMS AND SHE LETS THEM ON THE WORK STATION

Purchased a cup , when it come to my turn she reads my name out calling me sticky Vicky which was quite strange, then puts my decal on the cup and it’s to big, so she cuts the decal down then there is a massive gap, I emailed her explaining I wasn’t happy with how it looked and could she please re do it, she replies telling me that’s the size of the decal she can’t do nothing about it when she literally cut it short herself. Then she said I will refund you and then blocks me. Very rude and no customer service at all. It’s been a week and no refund has gone back into my account. AVOID

Ive now had 3 cups made by rachel and love that you can watch and pick your colours on live. delivery is also quick as well. Will definitely be ordering more . Thanks

Very helpful and has so much patience when letting you choose the colours and is very generous with the amount of glitter she uses! It’s sad to see so many negative reviews as I never had an issue at all the customer service and the snow globe was absolutely outstanding!!

AVOID—— placed an order with Rachel for 2 snow globes but made out she was letting other people have a chance! The way she speaks you is out of order! Rachel is claiming she sent a refund for both of them but I’ve only had an email to say 1 had been refunded this is £42 I’m potentially losing out on! Not to mention Rachel has now blocked me so I have no other way of contacting her! Not to mention the snow globes are only £3.50 to buy and the coulourd cans are only £2.75 you are ripping everyone offf!!! Avoid her at all costs

Honestly, where do I start? So she said on the recent live she had lots of snow globes in "stock" and ready for sale, so I bought two and picked my stickers. I then received an email that night at 9:30 PM stating her "order of snow globes had been received and three had broken," so I and another customer needed to be refunded. Strange to say, on the live you already had them in stock. Anyway, I said no problem, I'll have the refund, so she emailed for my order number. That was it; no emails back for four days. She was on live making people's snow globes, messing them up while also telling people, "I've replied to your emails, don't worry, you can still have this cup I've made for you even though I've messed it up a little; I'll still refund you," all the while I'm emailing her about my refund of nearly £40 and messaging in the live, and she is ignoring me. After four days of no communication, I emailed her a lengthy email stating that if she did not give me a refund, I would have to go to the police and also go through my bank as fraud. She then emailed me back straight away, stating my refund had been processed but wouldn't go into my bank account straight away. I immediately knew this was a lie because I didn't get a refund notification. The next day, I received a refund notification for my full order. Not happy at all. Five days of no communication, selective communication by the looks of it. And the way she speaks to people is out of order. Disgusting.

Absolutely vile the way she talks to customers, unhygienic! Thankfully I was advised before I ordered and so glad I lisoned! Blocking everyone and not to mention her mods on her tiktok lives are also vile, disgusting vile bully's. Money hungry the lot of them.

Awful attitude I wanted to order soon said get stocking up Halloween soon & been blocked I was ordering 6 for Halloween 2 for daughters birthday. Found very similar in home bargins way nicer n better … don’t shop with this awful women at guide stinks

My cat ended up licking the resin glitter liquid that seeped out due to it not being closed properly, and had to go to the vets.

Absolutely in love with the 2 cups I bought! Packaged beautifully and arrived all saftley will definitely be buying more in the future.

Cup arrived outer box bashed in within a day the glitter had separated half at the top rest at the bottom I’m guessing wrong ratio of liquid emailed her many times all ignored and no reply rude to customers on her lives and constant sexual talk and innuendos cats walking over working area disgusting

Breaching consumer law for online sales. Any online sale is allowed a 14 day cooling off period in which a full refund for any reason. The cups are not "personalised" and therefore completely eligible for refunds. She blocks anyone that asks questions and is arrogant. Her cups are purchased from b&m, home bargains and the decals are ai generated tat. Do not purchase from her she is NOT a legitimate business

Absolutely vile, the decal was peeling off, and so much car hair under the decal, it was so dirty, had a crack at the bottom of the cup what a waste of money and when I tried to contact her for a refund I've had no response.
