The customer service was great! They replied to my request right away and replaced my order for the correct product charge free!

The shoe was so big I ordered a size 5, which said it was 23 cm I received what was supposedly a size 5, but it was humungous when I tried it on and when I measured it, it was 24.5 cm and this is clearly an issue on their part and when I try to return it and get a refund or even a partial refund, they said they wouldn’t pay for shipping and shipping is more expensive than the shoes. Do not buy from them! On top of that on their website it says they’ll pay for shipping if it’s a quality issue, which this is.

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for express delivery because I'm impatient. I received my order within 6 days and OMG stunning.
The only issue was I ordered a size up from my usual size, advised by the size guide. Unfortunately they were too big, when I had emailed to ask for an exchange I was given several great options.
I went with the option of receiving a partial refund and a discount code to purchase a new pair, so I went with that offer as paying to ship them back would be too costly. The customer service I received was amazing, Annie went above and beyond to help me and was very understanding. I have already ordered a new pair and cannot wait for them to arrive! I could not recommend enough to anyone who is sceptical about ordering from over seas. The quality is amazing and I cant wait to have my new pair!

Great customer service, my shoes got delivered to the wrong house, and they took responsibility to send me a new pair of shoes, with only delivery fee Wich is 6$. I am currently waiting for the shoe hopefully it won’t take long to arrive.

I have bought two pairs of shoes on two separate occasions and have had no complaints. On my most recent order, I decided I liked a different style of shoe than the one I ordered and emailed to cancel my order. Rather than having to cancel my order and reorder the other pair, they simply changed it for me and made it much easier.

I really love these shoes (Tabi): they’re truly beautiful and incredibly comfortable.

The customer service was AMAZING. I'm Spanish and ordered the shoes early January, the delivering company lost them/stole them and I was sent a new pair right away. I received them today and they're perfect and just as described, will buy again.

I had a small issue with a pair of shoes I ordered, but the customer service was absolutely brilliant. They responded quickly, were very understanding, and immediately offered a replacement while also investigating the issue. The communication throughout was clear, kind, and professional, and I really felt listened to as a customer.
Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them says everything — and they handled this perfectly. I genuinely love their shoes and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I ordered from this company because of their cute and unique fashions - one item was the wrong size (we ordered the wrong size). I could not be happier with the prompt, personal and helpful service ; Annie was the representative who offered several helpful suggestions and then followed through with exchanging our item. I needed to go one size down, even I already went to the smaller size than my usual go to.
Once I figured out of how expensive the freight charge is to send it back they suggested me 20% discount on the item and a 15% coupon towards my next purchase.

I see a lot of bad reviews and I must say I seriously disagree. I have ordered from here so many times and have always had a good experience. This is a small business people.

We in the US are so spoiled by Amazon and everywhere else shipping so quickly but hellloooooo??? You are literally ordering from a different country. On a Totally different timeline. Get a grip.

Anyway, Annie has always gotten back to me quickly, even when she was on Etsy. I’m assuming it’s only a few people who work there. Shipping does take a bit, but once the item ships out it’s usually at my door within a week. The quality is so nice, the shoes are so cute, the sizing is the only thing that I get a bit confused about at times. However, if you email them they will totally guide you in the right direction.
