Great experience all the way through. Had our dream diamond and setting at a great price, sent us 3D models of our choices, sent videos of the actual diamond and finished ring, and got it shipped to us within a couple weeks.

I truly was so skeptical buying from an online jeweler - even had regrets and panic during the waiting process… However, all local jewelry stores were extremely over priced, hence why I turned to the internet. I requested a zoom call with Peter Raad (the jeweler himself) and went over the designs/rings I tried on in person that I wanted to replicate. Peter assured me that this could be done, and was super helpful with choosing the correct diamond and what the grading system means, etc. A video was sent once the diamond was received for my approval. I emailed a couple of times while the ring was in process for an update, with responses typically in 1 business day. Video of completed ring once it was finished, and immediate email of tracking information. It even arrived overnight instead of the standard 2 day shipping. Once arrived, I was quite nervous and excited (I think I still wasn’t trusting of the online process, despite every reason to).
My ring is absolutely stunning!!! It is flawless. We couldn’t be any happier. Dads Jewelers will be my go to from now on.

Amazing customer service and beautiful end product!

My ask was simple and it was easy to find the ring I needed for the occasion. Raad got back to me very quickly with renders and after approval was on the short side of their 2-3 week estimated turnaround and provided a video of the finished product. Beautiful ring for my wife. Thank you Raad!
