Where do I even begin!! I had no idea what I was looking for or even what would compliment me best. Raad went above and beyond to make a dream I didn’t even know I had come true. From the communication, to the time line, to my foreverrr ring. Everything was shown and communicated before the actual approval. He took the discomfort of not being in person or included, away! When my husband surprised me with this masterpiece I was blown away! From the brilliant diamond to the details in the setting!! Wowwwww!!! I am be beyond bless to have had a company I can trust. Not only with my money but designing a ring that represents my union. If I had to do it all Over again I would definitely go with Raad jeweler! Bravo!!

Peter Raad was great. There were a couple of adjustments and they handled everything beautifully.

I can’t recommend Raad enough! After losing my ring, my husband and I figured it was the perfect time for an upgrade. A lot of jewelers mark up their prices like crazy but Raad beat almost every other place we checked. I was able to upgrade from my original moissanite (from a different jeweler) to a larger diamond and a better-quality ring for barely more than what we originally paid.
We scheduled a call because I was overwhelmed by all the diamond options, and it was so helpful. Peter walked me through everything and helped me find the perfect diamond. He also gave great advice on how they could create the exact ring I wanted while still making sure it would be durable and secure.
My ring is absolutely breathtaking! The three-week wait felt long, but it was soo worth it. The quality is amazing, and I couldn’t be happier! Great customer service, super knowledgeable, and just kind people. Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you guys for everything :)

Raad is very responsive with emails and calls. Emails would be answered within the hour. When I called having technical questions about the diamond, they answered the phone promptly. The answers were straight forward, clear, and ultimately helped me pick out the diamond that same day. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing prices but you sacrifice nothing compared to other companies. The staff I spoke to were beyond helpful and were willing to go out of their way to assist in any way possible. I was made aware of every single step in the process, shown images of the renders, a video of the diamond, and a video of the completed ring. The timeline was made very clear to me and they did not stray away from it at all. I would recommend a million times over!

This ring is beautiful. I had a my ring customized with a mixed setting and a quarter size (6.25). It came out perfect. My fiancé loved it… it’s exactly what she wanted! I would 100% recommend using Raad Jewelers, 10/10! (also s/o to Adam for the great communication).

The emailed videos of my setting, the diamond, and the finished ring were extraordinarily helpful in assisting me through each step of the process. When I received my ring it was simply stunning.
