Salesman that answers the phone not accommodating
I had been looking for a mounting system for six months to mount solar panels on my stone coated metal roof. Your product and it looked perfect for my application. I called to verify the right hook and the salesman seemed to have a good time giving me a hard time rather than providing information on the product. I ended up ordering the wrong mounts because I didn't look at the spec sheet for measurements but also didn't have the metal roof in possession to verify what I needed. When I called to check other options I talked to the same guy and again he seemed to take joy in giving me a hard time then to offer solutions. I did look on the web site and you do have an adjustable hook that looks like will work and it was frustrating I didn't have the help from the get go.
