Significant price increase since our previous purchase late in 2018. We already purchase locknuts from other suppliers, and will look for bolts elsewhere going forward. Like the product, but not the pricing.

Thanks for responding on Trust Pilot. During the past 8 months, our costs have increased by 25% due to increased tariffs. We have taken many steps to offset these increases which is why we only raised our prices by 12%. We understand that every company has to watch its bottom line and thank you for all the business you have sent given to us so far. We still believe there is no better value as the QuickBOLTS are one of the easiest and fastest mounting systems on the market.

Great product and customer service. Very happy. I have had to order 3 times in the last month and they have been quick to ship. I do think they need to fix their website to retrieve the UPS tracking number... that would be great!

7 Days after order placed and paid for,no notice of shipment or contact of any kind. Product has not arrived, even though shipping point is only about 3 hours away by car.

Thank you for your review Steve. We understand that the UPS charges can be relatively high for orders of individual hooks-- typically, most customers need a whole box for an installation. We'd be curious to know why you ordered only 1 mount? Perhaps you wanted to test the product? We might be able to find an alternative shipping solution for your next order. Several problems
You were unable to process an order over the phone which was disappointing, requiring me to establish an online account.
You said that doing so is easy and that once I placed the order that it would be ready for will call in 45 minutes.
I did not have computer access at the time so setting up the account was not easy. I had my co-worker do it.
I arrived 1 hour after the online order was placed and still had to wait 15-20 minutes at will call for you guys to sort out the order.
I did not need screws with the order, so they were removed from my package, yet I was not credited for them.
Your will call prices are ridiculously high compared to purchasing from a distributor.

It has been our company policy for over 30 years not to accept phone orders. We are sorry you felt inconvenienced by this policy.
That being said, we do apologize for not having your order ready one hour after you placed it. However no credit is due, because although we were out of the item you ordered we had the same item with screws in it, so we took the screws out so you could get the hooks you needed.
In regards to pricing in many situations it is better for the installer to buy from a distributor, in this situation I presume you determined that no distributor could meet your request of supplying the products within an hour, which is why you must have purchased them direct at a higher price.
