These guys are great. Ordered a Nero by phone and it was delivered to me on the other side of the country in less than 24hrs. Customer service was excellent, responding extremely quickly and efficiently to all enquiries and being very accommodating in fitting a set of tyres I ordered. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

The bike itself is great value and the matte black frame I got has a lovely finish.

I've had my Darwin for 2 years still works after a few crashes but it comes at a cost as it's heavy. It's excel any for urban riding but wouldn't recommend for anyone doing long distance. Looks smexy with a tri-spoke wheel on the back.

The service from Quella was excellent however the deliver company DPD was terrible, my bike box came destroyed and full of DPD tape. When I opened the box the my custom bike was damaged.

Great buying experience. Bought a set of chrome bullhorn handlebars with tape. With no extra cost the tape was installed with end plugs when it arrived. The parcell arrived very quicky. Parts were very cheap too. Will be buying again from Quella.

Really good service, delivery arrived very prompt, one inspection I noted that the saddle & handles bars were not as advertised online, after speaking with customer services the issues was resolved very quickly.

Couldn't be more pleased with my Nero - if this is the entry level machine I'd love to see the higher spec'ed bikes. I was very happy with my order. The bike was delivered within 24 hours, and was well packaged. Was a little disappointed with the lack of any documentation with the bike though. no assembly guide, no owners book. nothing.
