Right from the first phone call everyone was polite and very helpful. When they said they would do something. they did. The two engineers who came to install were on time and again very polite and helpful, showing us photos of our loft before and after their work. They also hoovered up afterwards. They worked very hard with hardly a break the whole 6+ hours they were with us.

Telephone consultation followed by surveyor visit, all excellent, as was fitting of insolation

Everything was explained in detail, and easy to understand. The surveyor answered all questions and was highly knowledgeable in the product being sold. A very prompt and efficient service. The loft installation went ahead with no hitches and quite impressed with the efficiency of the work carried out. Have no complaints and would recommend this company

John and colleague were very efficient and thorough. Very pleasant and polite. All was cleaned up when they we're finished.

The surveyor was very experienced and explained what he was doing and what the report meant. The government regulations on air-tight buildings (from 2016) were referenced.
The installers arrived promptly, were very professional and friendly, and tidied up at the end of the job; you would not have known they had been in the house. Marek was able to answer all of our questions and showed the before & after pictures.
Administration was efficient and they sorted out the Green energy voucher for us. Thanks.

The surveyor was polite and friendly and helpful answering all my concerns and put my mind at ease
The workmen who came were well mannered and got on with the insulation and left the loft stairway and hall clean and tidy

The guys who came to spray our roof did a fantastic job. They made sure that everything was covered over on the stairs before they started and even hoovered the bedroom and stairs before they left. I couldn't ask for more from the crew that came to us.

This company is a com! They claim you can save 30% of your energy bill. My research suggested that you can save up to £355 per year if you have no insulation. If some is already installed the savings will be less than £50 per year. They also claim that Government grants are available, which is true but they only apply for people on benefits. They want to charge you £1000s for something that could save you very little. Don't waste your money.

No pushy sale, very friendly and informative. The work was done extremely quickly. They were very efficient, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Even hoovering downstairs.

Cold called with very dubious credentials. However I did book an appointment with their ‘surveyor’. (I have a 10 yr old house and have upped the roof insulation).

I was told me we have toxic levels of gasses in the house incl formaldehyde, mould in the well ventilated roof space and rafters so saturated in water, the roof will come off. (Yeah - right).

His survey will come in the post in a week. No other paperwork was left because of this. Guess what - the survey package never arrived. When I asked where it was, I was told I need to contact the surveyor, for whom contact details are not supplied. (Hint for good customer service - under promise and over deliver. This lot don’t understand this at all!). If we went for the buy-on-the-day offer, he could come back in 3 weeks to prove how good the product has been.

Nevertheless - the price (with the buy on the day offer) was juist affordable. So I did it. Installed a few days later.

Have I noticed a difference? Very marginal.

Have I received the survey material? NO
Has the surveyor - sorry - HIGH PRESSURE SALESMAN come back yo demonstrate the efficacy of the product? NO

My elderly mother was cold called by someone claiming to be part of government backed scheme offering a free survey and talked her into agreeing to a loft survey. Someone visited my mothers home claimed to be a surveyor, went in loft told my mother that her that the fibre insulation in the loft was formaldehyde and that his monitor went off as he went into the loft indicating that there was an issue. Told my mother that she needed foam insulation and this would save her on heating costs and this would add value to the price of the house. Persuaded my mother to agrees to getting the job done, then told her they had someone in the area who could do it in days, they did the job a few days later, whilst my Mum was in the house, unbeknown to myself or other family members, no way would we have let my Mum agree to this, typical pressure scam tactics. When my mother asked him about removing the old insulation he said was dangerous he told her that would cost £500 and that anyway the new insulation would absorb any formaldehyde !!! Mum was then presented with a bill, she travelled 12 miles by bus to transfer the money, when the bill arrived it was around £1000 less then originally stated, my Mum being such an honest person phoned them up and said she though they had undercharged her and they took an extra £1000 from her. Absolute disgrace that this has happened to my Mother, I am disgusted that people operate in such ways and target the old and vulnerable

Fantastic friendly and professional service from start to finish. Surveyor and installation technicians very polite and no hard sell. Installers left the place clean and tidy. Would totally recommend as there was a noticeable difference in house temperature and how often heating kicked in after a relatively short period of time

From start to finish this was a pleasant experience. Mr Bunting, the salesman, turned up exactly on time, gave a detailed description of the survey he would undertake, explained the product, the benefits and it’s quality and details of the procedures that would be taken to install it. that was on the 19th January. installation was booked for the 23rd January. The two man crew arrived on time and were in and out all within two hours. Neil and Mason were polite and courteous and left the house spic and span. Excellent service, excellent company and I would have no qualms in providing a reference. Thank you again.

They got on with the job as quickly as possible. They cleared up well when they finished. They showed me before and after pictures of the area treated and explained the benefits of the insulation. Monday 13 February.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND GAVE ME NO CAUSE FOR WORRY. ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL, THEY WERE VERY POLITE,EXPLAINING EVERYTHING,THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND THEIR WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL, EVERYTHING WAS LEFT AS IT WAS BEFORE THEIR VISIT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND ALTHOUGH IT TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED I WAS GIVEN A FULL EXPLANATION OF THE REASON WHY.THEY ARE A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.

It is now a week since my loft was insulated by Quality Home Solutions. I can highly recommend the product in my loft. There is no longer any freezing cold air coming down from the roof and my house is so much warmer. I am so pleased and thrilled with the results. Good work by all.
