Hi, seller hope youre ok. Thank you so much for these lovely CUSTARD APPLES and for getting them to me so quickly. They were carefully wrapped and it had a cooler bag inside to keep them looking fresh and lovely. So much care and attention were taken to get them out to me without any damage. They are absolutely lovely, can't wait for them to ripe. I give the seller five stars☆☆☆☆☆.🤗

Ordered several items, among them a 10 kilo bag of Basmati rice. Parcel arrived in good time. But on opening I discovered the plastic bag containing the rice had split badly, spilling much of the rice into the parcel box. The other items I ordered were unaffected. Quality Foods immediately refunded me. I've used this company before, they are excellent. I believe that mail delivery firm mishandling was responsible for splitting the bag, not Quality Foods. I will most certainly continue ordering from Quality Foods.

Great choice of products including fresh and frozen, fast delivery and good standard of packaging. Customer service was very good, helped me with my queries promptly. Will definitely be ordering from them again, highly recommended.

Overall 3 star:

Karele and Parwal (fresh green vegetables) were over-ripe and orange inside with loads of seeds. Had to discard them. They are expensive vegetables - so money was totally wasted on them.

However all dry items were beautifully and individually packed, the box was sealed, I had notification of delivery and a refund for an unavailable item.

I ordered online and they did not let me know a product is unavailable and sent the rest of my order without any notification.
Also the product which they did not send it to me I did not get full refund of it.
I have wrote to them and still waiting for their reply.
Guys be aware as I am not happy with this vendor.
It’s shame they don’t even give their landline or mobile contacts

The worst ever experience with you guys. Till today I am waiting for the items that I ordered to be delivered. And now I came to know delivery will be next Monday. I feel like i made mistake choosing you, who doesn't even know that the order has been delivered or not but wants review on that.

ordered lots of stuff, received an email that few are unavailable so got refund for it but when our order arrived nearly 1/3rd of my grocery was missing which I really needed, though it got refunded . Not a good experience this time.
Hope it will not happen again in my next order.

As a first time buyer I was selective in my order. Disappointed that about a third of the order was unavailable, although at the time of purchase it was OK. If they had contacted me I would have amended my order. I received a refund OK but the shipping cost stayed the same and became disproportionate in relation to the order.
I will shop again, but be very careful of the items ordered.

Bad service, very poor on delivery

We have been ordering from Quality Foods for a year now, and are always pleased with the variety and reasonable prices they have.

Grocery was delivered to wrong address.All my stuff got spoiled. Pathetic service

Really bad experience .food is very expensive found out today after searching other website .ordered the food and main item was flour which was last minute cancelled due to unavailable .had to go online and ordered from other website for next day delivery .

Packaging was amazing! Received all goods.. as a suggestion- pls have DHL to deliver at the doorstep.. I had ordered about 30 kg and DHL had left it at the reception..

Prices are always higher compared to other Indian online stores. Sohum audiobook, sorghum flour. Jhawar flour is not available. Prices must be down compared to other Indian groceries stores.
