Took car in for MOT and service. Friendly professional staff, good communication, car problems fixed at a reasonable price in good time.

I don’t understand the ratting of 2.4? I’ve been using Quality Car Services for 15 year or more and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.
Reading some of the review I can only think people are confusing them with someone else - as Quality Car Services does exactly as I says on the tin they service cars and only do servicing- the bad reviews seem to be coming from people that have brought cars - so this is not Ben and his team.
I rely on my car for business and on more than one occasion they have consistently delivered and got me on the road the very next day when I’m thinking it’s an impossible task.
So please ignore those negative reviews as they are simply not true.

SCAM - Do not buy from this place. The seller lied about the number of previous owners the car had. The advert stated it had only 2 owners, and he confirmed this when I asked, but when I received the V5, it showed the car had actually had 6 owners.

He also claimed the car had been serviced, but after having it inspected by a local garage, they confirmed the oil and filters were very old. In addition, the MOT should have included several advisories or even failures, and there was rust that had been hidden with black paint.

I'd recommend qcs to anyone .. there work is solid and prices are good.. they always keep u updated on progress and tell u if they spot any other possible problems.. and I've gotta mention Charlie.. he needs a pay rise ... the bloke Is top notch ..

this car dealer is scammer , he sold me car , within 2 miles car broke down , i told him take car back or fix it , he said i fix for you , car is with me , he is not fixing car , he sold so many people fault car , do not buy from him ,

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE FOOLS.
They do not honour their appointments even when you turn up on time. AVOID THEM if you value your time.

Made a deal with them car to be delivered Thursday 13 march but great box fault so told it had to go to main Mercedes dealers got fell up with no reply had very bad conversation with some upstart tom who liked about where my car was not Mercedes so I have refuse the cls Mercedes VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Highly recommend QCS they went out of their way to get my 20 plate Vivero back on the road they kept me updated in the process and great service thanks again and have a wonderful Christmas

I honestly can't rate these guys highly enough. My car had already been to 3 garages with an issue and none of them had resolved it. I tried contacting a few others, all were totally disinterested. My sister came across QCS for me and they've been amazing. They're friendly and helpful, were so accommodating with timings, and explained everything they found/did in easy to understand language. I'd been going to my previous garage for over 6 years, but I'll be taking my car here for all servicing, MOTs and winter checks from now on. Thank you so much QCS.

We could and can not thank Ben enough!! We had to rush r little one to hopsital the night before my partners car needed doing So told Ben we’ll have to cancel r appointment with him and he kindly suggested he’ll come pick the car up so it was one less thing to worry (my partner really needed his car doing) and so I can rest and focus on my family and he kindly dropped my partners car bk despite us living in Bedford, we didn’t realise how much things needed doing on my partners car (only came to sort the timing belt out) and he was able to fix every problem, not only did he do so much work and took care of r car but also thought off us, ur one top man Ben, thank u ever so much❤️

Very great quality company specialist would highly recommend to anyone even tho I have a golf. That needs high quality service this garage definitely is the best reception and price wise. They do everything with honesty and tell you the truth aswell as given you great support.

Bought a car with numerous problems 3 weeks ago and gave more than enough time and chances to repair and was refused a refund which I’m legally entitled to so will be taking this to court and claiming expenses and compensation too. Dishonest and cars aren’t fit for purpose nor do they march description

I recently needed to get an oilchange on my car. I previously went to Valvolene but within a month the dip stick was dry. I took the car to Midas and was informed that the oil filter was put on too tight(from Valvolene) . After a lot of hard work on their part, the oil filter was replaced and they filled the oil! My sincere gratitude to Paul and Tim at Midas car service on Galbraith rd in Reading Ohio. I will definitely be a returning customer. So if anyone wants honest, knowledgeable ,caring,respectful and professional folks to entrust your car care needs to. I highly recommend them! Josh got my oil filter off so thanks to him as well!!

Drop my car for service- Ben explained the scope of service my car need, we agree on the price, service done-my car drive so much good - all issues I complain with my car resolve, they even provide me with courtesy car-good customer service

Just had an alternator and battery replace by Holygrove Jaguar, Verwood. Top class service with the car returned in less than 2 days, with new parts, despite a huge backlog of clients. Holygrove have provided the same quality of service and efficiency since I moved to Verwood three years ago. Highly recommended.

Garage were not able to firstly fix or identify, once and for all internal leaks starting from day one, from the boot. The car was on 3yr finance. In the first year, the car went to the garage a handful of times.
Having got a fair quote from a reputable garage to want to have the problem diagnosed&fixed without ruining the interior, Shipley refused to pay. Car sale price was not a small amount of hard earnt money.
Bad and very stressful experience. Not to mention being unable to enjoy the car.

Sat in reception, waiting and waiting listening to lots of calls to other customers with many expensive quotes (£800, £1100 etc.) for their cars to pass an MOT
Being in the business for 25 years I am in favour of strict MOTs, but this seemed like one giant cash milking machine.
Would not recommend.

Granby car sales over charged me by £2000 for a car. They promised I could take it back but have backed out of that. I’ve spoken to Sharon about it who said the person that sold you the car has left and won’t help. She also said it was my fault for paying that much for it. If you buy a car in Leicester do not use this company. They’ve cost me £2000 in two months and their response is well you bought it. Sharon has also called back to say the car was only worth 1200 but dealers have to make a profit. Without doubt the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
