we're sorry to read your message. We've investigated what happened to your parcel and according to DPD, the parcel was refused when they tried to deliver and was therefore returned to us. (We have no more information from the courier than this).
We did email this to you but we didn't receive a reply when asked how you would like to proceed. We therefore initiated a full refund on the 21st August.
It looks like a communication error has somewhere let us down. We would be more than happy to resolve this problem should you contact us directly at info@qbodirect.com

Poor customer service
I have happily purchased from this company several times however the last item I purchased was clearly labelled incorrectly. I bought through eBay and contacted them accordingly to arrange a return which I had to pay for. They said once the item was returned they would measure it and if it came up small they would refund the postage.
They did neither and are now saying they cannot refund the postage because I did not open a faulty return through eBay, just notified them.
It’s a small amount it is the principal and if they’ll behave badly on this amount what else might they do.
It’s a shame because I’ve found them reliable and good value previously but they won’t be getting my custom again.

we're sorry to read your review. As we explained in our communication, when you purchase through eBay, if you felt that the item is faulty, you need to open a return based on the item being faulty, that way you will be sent a postage-paid returns label and not be left in the position where you will have to cover the postage. This process is written on the paperwork which we include with each order.
We have provided a full refund but cannot send more money than you paid as the eBay system does not allow us to make overpayments to you. We agree it's a small amount but sadly the eBay process does not allow us to go beyond this.
We are sorry to have lost your custom and will always look to serve customers to the best of our ability.

The service is quick
The service is quick, the clothes are good but the returns process could be much better. It would be helpful if returning items was more convenient. Eg print returns label or QR codes and deduct cost of returns from refunds.

We sold over 1.500 units and this is the first time we have received feedback like this for that item. The item is already 70% cheaper than the price customers would pay at the official retailer and there was an extra 15% discount on the date of the purchase.
Just to clarify, this item is a summer shirt and, therefore, a very lightweight material.
We are very sorry that you could not find the instructions on how to return the item.
On the reverse of the invoice received with the parcel, there are instructions on how to proceed with returns and exchanges. On our website, you can also find at the bottom of the page a tab called "Returns", when clicking there it takes you to a page with all the information required.
