I ordered 2 electric motorbikes which was delivered on time, both had problems with the charging lights on the throttle was expecting excuses once you have parted with your money but have to say this company made no excuses or delay tactics they replaced these items straight away I give them 10 stars for customer service and aftersales thank you.

Decent bikes and GREAT customer service. Bought a bike for my son but it was too big but I was so happy I just kept it and got him the smaller one. GREAT FUN

Ordered on Thursday
Ordered on Thursday, arrived on the Tuesday. It took me 3 hrs to assemble with the help of the online video (paper instructions are no help).

Poor customer service
Ordered a part from this company, unfortunately it turned out not to be the correct specification for what I needed. The part was delivered while I was away, so by the time I realised it wasn’t suitable, 14 days had unfortunately passed.
I completely understand that this may have meant I was outside their normal return or exchange period, but I contacted them anyway to see if they could offer any help or possibly exchange the part. Unfortunately, I received absolutely no response.
To make matters worse, the part arrived covered in dust and was poorly presented, giving the impression that it had been sitting on a shelf for years.
I appreciate that a company may not be obliged to accept a return or exchange outside their terms, but good customer service would at least involve responding to the customer and trying to offer some form of assistance.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

electrc dirt bike purchase
Drove to Quad warehouse for an electric dirtbike for my grandson and wanted to check sizes. Friendly staff nice set up
Bikes all built and he loves it.
Will use again when he grows to next size
