Quad Warehouse Omdömen

I purchased this bike for a significant amount as a gift to my 5yo son, and it arrived with a damaged plastic trim from transit. Its maybe a £20 trim but you cant find it anywhere .I was first told a replacement trim would arrive in a week and after a misunderstanding it finally arrived. The bike rides well , my son loves it.

I ordered this last minute for my son’s birthday asked if they could get it to me in time and they did! Highly recommended greats company thankyou again!

Customer service was excellent the girls were super helpful

Product is great does everything we bought it for ,towing small trailer and carrying materials needed to do jobs around the stables and fields . Only issue really was lack of communication about delivery would definitely return for another ine when wanted

Fast delivery, great product my son was make up !

Excellent service from start to finish, from ordering to quick delivery and kind helpful delivery man who took his time to explain the basics on how to use the Quad happy we chose a good professional company with the personal touch, and very happy with the Quad, Thankyou.

Tristan was very helpful and when I thought i couldn't get the colour of quad i wanted i gave a back up colour, but he managed to get me the original colour and delivered it himself promptly. A very good service.

Bit of a Ropey start but nothing they haven’t sorted maybe not as fast as I like but they have done everything they said they was going to do so thanks to the team

We visited the Quad Warehouse premises, where they have a show room area to look at fully built Bikes.
The staff were friendly and helpful,
we decided which bike we wanted to purchase, paid for our purchase, we were sent an email of a delivery date and asked if that suited us, transport delivery company called me with a time they would be with us 30 mins before they arrives, the driver was very helpful unloading and putting the pallet where i wanted it, we unpacked the pallet and built the bike. i have been a Mechanic for over forty years, so building was no problem, it would have not been a problem for anyone with a keen intrest in motorbikes. very happy with our purchase and would use quad warehouse again in the future.

Fast delivery, informed every step

When I originally received my parcel the front hub was split on the wheel (unusable) . I emailed the company to which I got a response saying it has been shipped and I will receive it the following Monday. I did not. I asked about this and they said I would receive it the next day . And then the next. It’s been two weeks and I have still not gotten my wheel . And can still not ride the bike I bought for 2000£. Not to mention one of the fork clamps was bent and I had to bend it back to assemble the bike. And when I was emailing them THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW

Great, we purchased the 110cc BRZ, turned out to be a great little bike and the service/delivery from Quad Warehouse was fab

When ordering and looking at the quad I was skeptical about how big or how Powerful the quad maybe and when it arrived I was very surprised turned out to be a lot better than expected it also helps so much as I am a wheelchair user and this quad allows me to go anywhere on the farm

Nice qaud bike and email

Always a pleasure buying here. Very professional company.
