Qmpress Omdömen

Bought our new QMpress from Michael in October ‘23, brilliant system and delighted with it for all it does, instant hot water, filtered water and hot and cold from the tap. Slight technical issue on New Year’s Day, I sent an email and wasn’t expecting a reply back until the working week began, however Michael contacted me via WhatsApp on New Years Day and the issue was resolved promptly accompanied by a very easy to follow video. An excellent after sales service and I couldn’t recommend QMPress highly enough.

The tap looks nice and works well. I purchased my tap a long time before we moved in to our new house but a short phonecall to Michael helped to set it up and I had my first cup of tea in no time. I am very happy with the product and service.

This must be the best purchase I have made in many years.
During a visit to the Ideal Homes Show, we came across the stand displaying the instant hot water heaters and my wife was asking some questions including “can I make tea straight from the tap” and as we were amongst the first in on day one Micheal replied “if you give me a second I have tea bags and milk here and you can see for yourself how good it can make tea”, and sure enough it made a great cup of tea. I had already said I would only consider one of the boilers if I could get rid of the kettle as it is always on the gas in our house. So we ended up buying one and have never looked back, this is one of those items you never thought you needed until you got one and now you just can’t live without it. Something else I found was we have a gas hob and electric oven as I like to cover all eventualities, and I use the large cylinders which normally last six months, Since we started using the boiler the cylinder lasted a full year and four days and as I am on my second one since getting the boiler I am on track for the same again. Now I know I have had electricity costs but honestly there was no notable increase in the ESB bill so for me it was a win win. This boiler is very well insulated and only cuts in occasionally to top the temperature up a few degrees.
Another thing I found was great customer service, ring for advice or replacement filters there is no messing about, the lads know their stuff and can answer straight away and don’t have to check with another department, need filters there in the post that day. There’s a lot to be said for this sort of service as nowadays you only seem to be able to chat to a bot which is not programed to answer technical questions.
We recently had a power cut during storm Daragh which left us without power for about 28hrs. It was like having a hand tied behind your back trying to get things done without it.
I don’t tend to review products until I have a chance to put them through their paces, in this case it has taken a little longer as when I tried the first time something went wrong with the website, and I lost the review, the second time I tried my wi-fi threw a wobbler and again I lost it. At this stage I put on the long finger, and it stayed there until now.

Have installed qm press 4 in 1 in our new house. Not only impressed with the tap, their customer service is amazing.

We have been using the qmpress tap since December 2022, it's definitely one of the best purchases we made for the house, so quick and convenient and economical to run we wouldn't be without it. Alan and Micheal are so helpful, and quick to resolve any issues, the best customer service we have come across in a long time. Highly recommend qmpress

Great friendly crowd to deal with, their customer service is second to none.

Purchased a gold 4 in 1 tap November 2022. Wouldn't be without it. The customer service is one of the best i have ever come across in relation to after sale care. Nothing is a problem, we live in Mayo and Alan has landed up from Kerry with in days if there is any problem, big or small. Best thing we ever bought fir the house. 100% recommend this product.

Great product and service. Micheál was very helpful and quick to assist and solve my query

Alan responded to my query about changing the filter. When I had problems doing it myself, he was at my house within an hour and talked me through the steps. Absolutely excellent service for a fab product

We bought our QM press tap from Michael in March 2024. From the very first phone call, we were so impressed with Michael’s professionalism.

Throughout the whole buying and installing process, Michael has always been there to answer any questions without delay. Unfortunately our plumber installed the tank incorrectly and when we rang Michael for advice, he took action straight away. From sending us videos and voice notes to calling out personally to install it correctly. We are blown away by their incredible customer service and feel so valued as customers. We can’t thank Michael and the team enough for all their help.

We are very impressed with our QMpress tap it works perfectly and we get boiling or filtered water in an instant.

The customer service in particular is incredible! Micheál even came out to our house to assist with fitting the unit and is always so accommodating and easy to deal with.

We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend QMpress to anyone!

Very happy with my Qmpress unit. We have it over 2 years now. The after sales service is second to none! I would highly recommend!

Qmpress is a super service. It was a pleasure to deal with Micheál who provides a seamless, friendly, efficient and accommodating service!

Excellent customer service, very easy to deal with and they take pride in the quality of their product.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible!! I cannot recommend Qmpress enough, their customer service is exceptional from start to finish, and the company is fully Irish owned which is a great plus.
After a plumber installed my boiling water tap I noticed the flow of water was not great, I contacted Michael and Alan to see if there was anything they could do. Alan called up to my house in Kildare, noticed an error in the original installation by the plumber, then refitted the whole unit for me....the difference was amazing, I absolutely love this tap, instant boiling hot water and I opted for the gold colour which is a lovely light gold that really compliments the navy kitchen.
Nothing is too much trouble for Alan, I can see that he takes great pride in their product and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, many thanks for all your help :)

We absolutely love our QMpress tap. The tap is so convenient and we wouldn’t be without one. It also delivers filtered tap water which is an added bonus.

Another reason to choose Qmpress is that it is an irish company with exceptional customer service. Alan is always on hand to answer any queries regardless of how big or small it is and is very approachable. He takes pride in the quality of their product and also customer satisfaction. For anyone considering a boiling water tap they should look no further than Qmpress. They are efficient, reliable and local. What more could you ask for

I cannot recommend the qmpress tap enough. So useful everyday for drinks and speeds up cooking of veg/pasta etc.
Very easy and safe to use. Small neat unit under the sink and a stylish variety of taps. There is a Filter to be changed every six mths or so (very easy to do). I always order them online from qmpress, very Quick delivery.

But what makes this company stand out is the excellent service from Micheál and team. They are very quick to respond via email/phone. So helpful and friendly.
Delighted to be able to recommend a brilliant company!

Really efficient and effective unit. Fabulous customer service. Micheál was so helpful. I reported a fault ( mine for not changing the filter often enough) and he was here the next day and fixed it all. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I recently had the pleasure of installing the Qmpress kitchen tap in my home, and I must say, it has exceeded all expectations. From its flawless flow to its reliable boiling water feature, this tap stands out as a pinnacle of quality and performance. One of the first things I noticed was the consistency of the water flow. Unlike other taps that often splutter or provide uneven streams, the Qmpress tap delivers a perfect, uninterrupted flow every time. This not only enhances the user experience but also instills a sense of safety, knowing that there won't be any unexpected surprises.I also had the opportunity to interact with Michael, the owner of Qmpress, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Initially opting for the brushed nickel finish, I later decided to switch to the gold tap to better complement my new kitchen aesthetic. Michael promptly accommodated my request, sending up the gold tap without any hassle. The return process for the original tap was smooth and seamless, showcasing the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.Overall, the Qmpress kitchen tap is a top-quality product that delivers both in performance and customer service. Whether you're looking for reliability, aesthetics, or both, this tap is sure to impress. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a premium kitchen upgrade.

I’ve been looking to get an instant boil tap for quite some time and was unsure which brand to go with. After seeing really good reviews I decided to start the process with Michael from Qmpress. I had the tap ordered and delivered the following day & also was recommended a plumber within Dublin to fit the tap, which was also a seamless process. The tap functions really well and the boiling hot water is constant which was a key factor for me, other brands I’ve seen seem to spit the water out instead of a constant flow. Really happy with the overall experience and would 100% recommend to family and friends
