Sarah at QFlyer spent today rescheduling my Oz-Europe flights booked for Easter, to later in the year. Degree of difficulty 750%. She was the definition of grace-under-coronavirus-pressure and secured a much better result than I could have hoped for. Can't recommend QFlyer too highly. I would have said that even before this episode, they were also great when I booked and presented them with a complicated itinerary. Thank you Sarah and team.

QFlyer were very helpful and efficient in dealing with my complex travel requirements. I probably would give a 5 star rating, but on this occasion, the service was a bit slow because of the pressure caused by the Qantas Double Status Credits offer that prompted so many people to make bookings. However, QFlyerkept me well informed of the delays and in the end, everything worked out.
This was my first time using QFlyer and I would definitely use them again.

Prompt and Cost Effective.
QFlyer representative was prompt and responsive to my requests. The overall outcome was me getting to the holiday I wanted at significantly less cost.

Qflyer was able to find flights to match my travel plans and maximise possible status credits with Qantas. I received the actual e-ticket the following day which was reassuring. I do not usually book through a third party, preferring to book direct with the airlines but I was satisfied with the service from Qflyer.

I thought the service Jodie provided was excellent and done within a very timely manner. I'd absolutely book through QFlyer again...in fact I already have.

We used QFlyer for the first time last year (2019) to book a Finnair / Qantas round-the-world business class trip for four. Scott, the agent who managed our bookings, was terrific and offered many suggestions as to how we could maximise our QF Status Credits while minimising our costs. Once our complex itinerary was decided our bookings were completed within a few hours. QFlyer's service was fabulous and we will certainly use them again for future bookings.
