Great service at extremely competitive prices
Madeleine was super responsive and knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. She was happy to canvas alternative itinerary options to help me work out the best way to take advantage of the very competitive airfares offered. The booking process was absolutely seamless. Great Service and Price
Very quick turnaround from initial enquiry to booked and ticketed reservations combining both a great price and the status credits I was seeking ( even more than I was expecting). Michelle C war not fazed by a few questions/changes I requested and explained the pros and cons of accommodating these.
Have referred friends who are booking with one of the associated brands, who received a similar level of service.

Outstanding service, with wonderful communication and rapid responses. Joe was really excellent, offered great options for my flights, with unbelievably good fares, and everything from my initial email query to my return home again was perfect. The initial booking with QFlyer was fantastic. They found the best possible price for our trip to Europe. We then had the issues encountered with the Coronavirus. Susan at QFlyer looked after our booking the entire time and organised a complete refund. With all the stress of the cancellation QFlyer and Susan were fantastic. We will be using QFlyer for all our future bookings.
