I had a agent today for Qdos insurance I don’t normally mention names but I will this time her name is Harlie Mckeown she was so efficient pleasant and very professional and a joy to communicate with

Harlie in the QDOS team was just so responsive, instantly clarified what I was looking for and sorted me out with a quote - great customer service!

I needed to get hold of urgent copies of Certificates and the consultant I chatted with, Rebecca, was extremely efficient and helpful.

Really easy to use and competitive pricing. Cancelled 1 week into the direct debit payment but was able to cancel with immediate effect and no further payments or admin fee - thats good in this day and age and all done through online chat too. Very happy.
