Harlie is my account manager at QDOS and provided a fantastic service.

She came back with a response really quickly following an email I sent to her regarding an insurance policy quote.

All my outstanding queries were resolved and she provided a quick turnaround in arranging to contact me in purchasing my policy.

I am extremely happy with the price of the policy and the efficient service provided by Harlie.

Been with them over 7 years now. Last week I had to change my policy mid term and make few other changes. Harlie McKeown handled it so well and sorted everything out in just mins. Sent me the documents instantly and a follow up email too after 3 days to confirm everything is good. Highly recommend these guys.
