Total Package with Onboarding and Sales
The sales call with Jen, was amazing no pressure to buy or sign up. The onboarding call with Christian was equally amazing show the system took the time to explain everything. Service is amazing

Do not trust this service
Do not trust this service. hundreds of leads yielded zero results and it was difficult to cancel. I agreed to 3 months and that was it. They charged me for 5 months. And now I'm spending my time trying to cancel and get my money back.

Fake Leads !
I didn't read the reviews on this Trustpilot before committing to Qazzoo. It's so true when they say it's fake leads. I called and told them that the leads I'm getting are not realistic to a point that they seem fake to me. They changed from month to month to doing contracts... now I understand why. I paid $700 for leads for 3 months. After signing up and realizing that they leads are fake ( 5 days into the lead program) I told them not to send me anymore leads and give some refund. They refused ofcourse. Don't do it and sign up. I never post negative feedback but this one I have to!

Optimistic! Great Customer Service!
Excellent customer service! I wasn't happy and Meleah called me and made things even better than before! Thanks! I'm optimistic about the leads. Some are wrong numbers, or they don't know how you got their #. But you can submit the lead ad a bad lead, and they give you a credit to get a new one. Seems much better than FB leads with wrong #s 70% of the time.

The fact that I can return a lead.
The fact that I can return a lead that is not responding or just wrong information was one of the factors that I really liked. Also once I pick a lead it becomes mine and not shared is also another point that made me try the program. The fact that I got my first lead in 3 days is the reason I will be a long term client. Qazzoo works!!

Meleah called to check in and make sure everything was working and on track, as she saw my account was locked, due to my error. She was helpful and corrected my account instantly. She was very warm informational on the website and sent some additional resources. She cares deeply about what she does and helping everyone succeed.

First Million Dollar Closing
I have been using Qazzoo for the past few years. I have closed a few buyers and sellers over this time. I’m excited to say I closed my first million dollar sale!!!!!! With follow up, the seller finally reached out to me and asked me to meet the family. The property was listed and we closed $1,350,000. Qazzoo is an amazing lead resource. I have worked with many other lead sources and I always stay with Qazzoo. I know the deals are there. In addition, Meleah is always available and is ready to address any issues that may arise.

Fake leads!!!
Fake leads!!!! They take your money and the sales rep that says "I'll be your go to" and you are never able to reach them, they don't return calls/texts/emails yet instead forward you over to customer service for them to appease you. Oh but you can return the leads...for what more of the same? Agents please read reviews before handing over your hard earned money and at least do yourself the courtesy of being clear on not auto renewing or falling for their business card version of a website which locks you in for more money.

Every lead was a fake lead that had to be returned. I was unable to contact with anyone. Every time I returned it, they responded with "our customer service team has determined that the profile was deemed incomplete or unusable. Your Qazzoo account has been refunded with 1 bonus claim."

Meleah and the team have not only been prompt and clear in helping me on board with their service, but friendly and understanding with my issues. There were a few small glitches to work out, and I was expecting a 2 day resolution period. To my surprise, it was about 2 hours. As a paid service subscription, this is definitely the kind of service I expect. Much appreciated!
