Real Estate Agents: Read Before Using Qazzoo
On March 13, 2025, I was charged $1,500 by Qazzoo after being promised 20 leads per month in the NE, NW, and Central parts of Chicago and Cook County. Long story short: those leads don’t exist.

Within 7 days, I requested a refund due to "services not being rendered as promised." I followed up again 7 days later, and then another 7 days after that, asking for a full refund.

This post is to help other real estate agents avoid the same situation — and if you're already in it, here’s exactly what to do.

What to Do If You’ve Been Charged:
Dispute the charge immediately with your credit or debit card company. File a fraud case for “services not rendered as promised.” (This is your case!) Your bank will cancel your card and issue a new one — this is important because you do not want Qazzoo to have your card number.

Document everything: dates, names, phone calls, emails, and what was promised (in my case: 20 leads/month in specific Chicago zones). Keep a detailed log. This is crucial esp with the next parts.

Contact Qazzoo leadership directly:
-On Linkedin, I reached out to Mark Urbanski (Qazzoo's Owner/CEO) and any Director or CEO and asked him to contact me within 24 hours.
-On the app Forewarn, I looked up Mark Urbanski and called each phone number (but did not leave messages).

File formal complaints:
-Better Business Bureau (BBB)
-Your State Attorney General’s Office (select “fraud” or “services not rendered”)

*Include names: Make sure you record and include the names of your sales rep and customer service manager. These will be required for your complaint with the State Attorney’s office.
*Once your complaint is filed, reach out again to your Qazzoo contacts and let them know you’ve filed with the State Attorney including using their names.

My Outcome:
Twelve hours after I notified Qazzoo that I had filed a complaint with the State Attorney General’s Office, I received a full refund. YES! Be diligent!

Final Note to Fellow Agents:
If this happened to you — speak up. Be factual, firm, and professional. Keep records. And share your story.

Write your own reviews on Yelp, Google, Reddit, BBB, and even on Qazzoo’s website. The more of us who speak up, the more visibility this pattern of fraud gets. These reviews and this roadmap can help other agents take action and avoid being taken advantage of.

Let’s get the truth seen — and help bring Qazzoo’s ratings in line with their actual business practices.

As a real estate agent, I've tried almost every lead generation platform out there, and Qazzoo has been the most effective for my business. The ability to handpick my leads is a game-changer—it eliminates a lot of the guesswork. Sure, not every lead is a guaranteed deal (because no platform is perfect), but Qazzoo provides solid opportunities that, with proper follow-up, convert into real clients. Highly recommend!

I'd give less than a star and charge them the fee back plus compensation for lost time and resources on this absolute SHAM of a program. The leads are bogus and I had my suspicions they were my first week in but it was confirmed by the second in when I was given the number of another Realtor who had just signed up for foreclosure leads on some land bank site. The leads are absolute garbage and the calls that do get picked up are by people who have no desire to buy/sell so the call is seen as a nuisance and not helpful. I thought going into a slower season this might be a good avenue to acquire and help new clients - NOPE. Utter waste. Don't fall for the spiel, or their trade in policy (you'll be trading one junk lead for another), and don't fall for it when they brag about their Trustpilot ratings - I'd wager a lot that the glowing ones are as "valid" as their leads.

My experience was great with Maleah she was very kind and helpful to me. What this company is doing well at is the quick response back and the leads that are coming through. I also love the platform it is very easy to navigate. I did say they needed to upgrade to be able to call with an iphone.

Meleah with Qazzoo is such an asset to your company she has always been so professional and courteous she needs a raise!! She answers within minutes, solves any questions that I have and makes your company to me a 10 Star Plus. Keep up the good work!!! I see her in management.

I signed up for 3 months. The leads were not good. I requested to cancel before the 3 month period ended and they continued to charge my card monthly even with a written request to cancel. They said the first month it was for a website I was told was included in the plan I paid for. I did not need another website because I have owned my own for the past 4 years. Beware of signing up, because they will continue billing you even with a written request to cancel.

Meleah, just gets it!!...She truly is an asset to the Qazzoo lead generation system, by providing a superior level of service and communication. I am grateful to have met her and will always be a Qazzoo customer, as long as I remain to receive such services.

Personally, I would not recommend Qazzoo. The leads are not worth the money and it is very difficult to cancel with them.
