My Python HD arrived this week and I'm in awe. Ever since me and my wife began hiking, we were mesmerized by the beauty of nature and only began to really appreciate it in the last couple of years. Whenever we tried to share photos with our family, they just didn't quite capture it. Of course this telescope won't have its own section at Griffith Observatory, but for this price we couldn't ask for more. It delivers through and through and I take it with me on every trip to nature!

Customer service has been very pleasant as well.

First off, I only wanted one, received 2.
It’s not any better than the binoculars I have, as far as seeing and zooming.
A little disappointed, but I guess for the price what was I to expect

Good communication and followed through with promises.

Online form was difficult to use. Worse than that, Python charged me 6 times for 1 Monocular Telescope; refunded 1 charge only. Did not respond to my request for refunds for excess payments. Will never purchase their products again.

Also, the reply I received from Python to this review was non-responsive, stating that I did not order 6 items. I never claimed to have placed 6 orders, however I was charged 6 times.

I purchased my Python telescope having seen the ad on snapchat.
Purchase price seemed awesome and the process was easy.
I was nervous about delivery to New Zealand but it arrived safe and sound and on time.
I have tried it out and it seems great.

I purchased a Python monocular as a replacement for older field glasses. For the price I paid, I am extremely happy with this purchase! It is perfect for my needs, providing a relatively compact but powerful monocular for a comparatively cheap price.

Took awhile to arrive, but for the quality was well worth the wait

I found the Python HD 12x45 Monocular to be very easy to use. It is lightweight and easy to carry on hikes. The included tripod and smartphone mount are convenient and lightweight. With or without my smartphone i can simply enjoy the clear and sharp view into the far.

Cheaply made not near worth what they charge. Picture nothing like it shows on TV. Going to try and return mine. Also had to fill complaint with paypal before they would even ship it.

Excellent designed monocular telescope. Solidly built with great craftsmanship. The design of the zoom scope is compact, lightweight and provides exceptional visual clarity. Perfect for hiking and upcoming camping trips. Highly recommended!

I purchased the Python optics 12 X 45 HD monocular and 12 x 16 microfiber cloth. Both were worth every penny. The binocular has a tripod carrying case and cell phone adapter for taking pictures. It’s easy to use and produces clear and sharp pictures. Microfiber cloth comes in very handy with cleaning all sorts of screens. My nine year old son loves it and I’m buying one for his cousin soon.

Outdated and useless. Nothing like portrayed in the ad.
Cumbersome to operate. No way this can stick to an iPhone and take pictures with this. Do not recommend it. Rip-off alert

Been 30 days still have not seen my package, email confirmation was at least 15 days after purchase and went to spam in my email, I was unable to track my package either

Took that long to arrive I forgot that I ordered it

It is taking forever to receive my order. The tracking does not indicate where it is and makes it seem like it is caught in an endless loop.
On the other hand, they were responsive to my change of order.

An excellent product but was very delayed.

Do not deal with this company.

I have waited more than 2 months and still no goods.

I tried to get a refund last week, now they say it was shipped.
