I bought the Python High Definition for my father to gift it on Father's Day but disappointed due to late delivery.
I bought the Python High Definition Refracting Telescope as a Father’s Day gift for my dad. While the product itself looks decent and the idea behind it is great, I was really disappointed with how long it took to arrive.
It showed up way after Father’s Day, which kind of ruined the surprise. The telescope feels lightweight and portable as advertised, and the zoom is okay with a smartphone, but the delay took away a lot of the excitement.
Would have rated it higher if it came on time. Hope they improve their shipping in the future.

I ordered a product on December 14, 2024 as a Christmas gift for my Mom. It didn't arrive until February 10, 2025. I sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails asking about. After about six weeks, I just assumed I had been scammed. Finally it did get sent after I left one final blistering voicemail, but I will never...EVER...shop with them again.
