I've had trouble in the past with other companies losing my orders but Python Optic was a great experience and they actually sent and I received my package.

The item was not satisfactory. Python has not responded to my request to return it.

Guys be just honest with the custommers while advertising.. the monocular has zoom max36 not 200and it has no stabilisation function -tripod its not a stabilisation function -especially such a weak and unstable wich was included

Delivery of telescope was slow.
Have now received it -- found it to be very useful to me to watch sports ( have failing eyesight ).
Is compact easy to carry - easy to focus.

Ordered more than a month ago and I paid the extra $6 for quick shipping

I ordered on Feb 7th. I finally received a response to my 3rd email on Feb 25th. Today is March 4th and delivery is showing for Mar 6th. Your shipping and customer service are terrible.

My phone has a significantly better zoom than those binoculars.
Adaptation to the phone does not work, only a small circle-shaped blurry image is visible.
None of the features in the ad, magnification max 32 times. A truly miserable show!

Still no shipping number, no product.
Billed me quick,tho.

Have not received my order! Have not been notified that the order was being shipped. Where is my erdrr?

I ordered weeks ago and I still have not received the item. It doesn’t matter how well something works if you never get it.

I just recieved my Python Monocular and it is what i expected. My only complaint is the lack of communication on the delivery process which took almost 30 days from order.

It does not work well with the iPhone 11 Pro.

I did not receive the goods I paid for. The tracking number directed to an erroneous page and no contact information lead to results of retrieving the goods.

I have nothing for my money . I’m feeling pretty much like I’ve been scammed. In this environment in which you sell credibility & don’t back it up with a result , leaves me pondering why I did it. You send me a survey for a star rating . The lowest rating you offer is 1 red star , which I gave. I’d have given you a hot dog excrement moji if I could. You offered a product with a delivery time of 10 days. I agreed and gave you my hard earned.Weeks and weeks have passed. You have my $ & now my vitriol .🖕🏻

Put numbers on each product instead of relying on the pictures. I have yet to receive the monocular I wanted. I wanted the monocular that brought the boat and the moon into sharper view. The ones (5) I received can not bring in anything in from 300 yards. A friend of mine says that this sounds like the old “Bait and Switch” method of advertising one product and hen sending a lesser product for the higher price!!! I would love to return the ones I have and get the one I wanted.!!!
