Steve had been working as an estate agent in Norfolk since 1996, holding key positions and heading a chain of offices and a franchise. In 2007, Pymm & Co’s sister company, Broadland Consultants was formed with fellow director, Simon Gilvey, to provide financial services with the same values. In 2008, Pymm & Co further expanded their range of services by establishing a Lettings division, headed by director Stuart Monument. Pymm and Co. have managed my properties for many years, they are extremely proficient at what they do and continue to work hard for me.
Property inspections are carried out to the highest standard.
Repairs and maintenance are reported and facilitated promptly, and at a reasonable price.
ALL staff are polite and friendly, they are highly trained and always at the end of the phone should I have a query.

I've been with Pymm as my letting and property management agents for over 10 years and I get a lot of peace of mind from the service they give. Excellent service from start to finish!
I bought via Pymm & Co and Leon was absolutely brilliant throughout my property purchase. He was always on top of things, constantly chasing where needed and keeping me updated without me ever having to ask. His communication was clear, prompt and consistent, which really helped reduce the stress of buying a property.

For the past few months, I've been searching for a new rental property in Norwich and have interacted with several letting agents in the area. In contrast to the hurried, indifferent, and impersonal service I've encountered elsewhere, Tia from the letting department here was outstanding in her assistance. She was courteous, efficient, and communicated with clarity and empathy. It was a delight to engage with her, and she welcomed all my questions without hesitation.
