In 2006, the first branch of Pymm & Co was opened by local estate agent and current Managing Director, Steve Pymm. Steve had been working as an estate agent in Norfolk since 1996, holding key positions and heading a chain of offices and a franchise. Situated in the centre of Norwich opposite the local landmark John Lewis store, the opening of the Ber Street branch was the realisation of Steve’s vision to use his expertise and local knowledge to form a committed and professional estate agent with a focus on providing a high level of dedicated service to their customers. In 2007, Pymm & Co’s sister company, Broadland Consultants was formed with fellow director, Simon Gilvey, to provide financial services with the same values. In 2008, Pymm & Co further expanded their range of services by establishing a Lettings division, headed by director Stuart Monument. I can’t recommend Leon at Pymm &Co enough. Leon helped me buy my property 2 years ago and guided me through every step of the way. Now 2 years on has now helped me to sell the same property on in a matter of days.
Really happy with the service provided and would be happy to use again if I ever decided to sell again.

I can’t recommend Leon at Pymm & Co highly enough. He is always a pleasure to speak to and has been incredibly patient and honest throughout the entire process.
My husband had used Leon previously, and if we ever need an estate agent again he will absolutely be our first point of call.
Given the requirements of our sale, we had to communicate with several other estate agents, and the level of professionalism Leon demonstrated was truly second to none. On top of that, he managed to sell our house within just three days of listing!

Fantastic Support Throughout the Buying Process
We had a really positive experience buying our new house, and a big part of that was thanks to Leon. From the start, he was brilliant to deal with — always friendly, approachable, and happy to help with anything we needed.
Leon kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and was great at communicating updates, which made everything feel much less stressful. Whenever we had questions, he was quick to respond and always explained things clearly.
He made the whole experience smooth and straightforward for us, and we really appreciated how supportive and professional he was from start to finish. We’re very grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend working with him. Even though we didn’t sell our house through them, we definitely would in the future!
