Puzzler monthly subscription
Got a Puzzler subscription for my mum as a Christmas present.
She’s an avid puzzler and is thrilled with the monthly subscription.
Delivery service is good and although sometimes a few days late but that is down to Royal Mail and not in anyway is Puzzler at fault.

Delivery Service Erratic
Despite several emails, delivery service has been very erratic of late with missing deliveries having to be constantly queried. A delivery time always quoted of 2-3 weeks is questionable as the magazine often takes much longer to arrive and emails have been frequently sent to query these non-arrivals.

I love a puzzler. I never finish all the puzzles before the next edition arrives, but I save those ones for any holidays!

I enjoy doing the puzzles Killer Sudoku…
I enjoy doing the puzzles Killer Sudoku which are a great range from fairly straightforward and more complex and challenging. The book always arrives predictably and in a timely fashion.

March edition not received
Unfortunately, I have been let down with my last addition of puzzler I have not received this. I am 95 years old and I look forward to receiving this each month but it has not arrived and unfortunately, I’ve been charged for it as I pay upfront as a yearly subscription

I ordered the wrong magazine
I paid for an annual subscription but ordered the wrong magazine by mistake. Phoned up and spoke to a very kind person who amended my subscription to the correct magazine (Killer sudoku) and extended the subscription by 2 months to compensate for the 2 wrong copies I'd already received.

Love the Puzzler Collection magazine
Have been getting this for several years now and still enjoying it - look forward to it's arrival! Particularly like the Skeleton Outsider and Alphabetical jigsaw puzzles these are the ones I have to ration out over the month! There are some that I never do others that I generally get around to - it's strength is it's diversity. So many different puzzles.
