Cancels Appraisals
They cancelled my free appraisal appointment by email and I called to reschedule but they never called back. Apparently they don't want to give out the free appraisals they advertise or don't want my business.

Horrible with communication. Tried several times to reach them via message through website, emails to 3 addresses, and phone. Ultimately ended up with them cancelling my appointment with them with an hour notice asking me to reschedule. No, get bent. Horrible business practices send people elsewhere to businesses that pride themselves with good and exceptional customer service. I do not and will not EVER recommend them.
