FiancĂ© got my engagement ring from LâAmour Brilliance. The setting itself is gorgeous. The center diamond, however, was extremely poor quality. It weighed 2.5 ct but measured under 2 ct. The color, clarity and cut was not what was shown when he was working with the sales person. Also, the size he ordered was 5.75 but we received a 6.25. We ended up buying a different diamond from a brick and mortar jewelry store. Now we have a very poor quality diamond and canât do anything with it.

Hi Becky,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take claims regarding diamond quality and ring specifications very seriously.
After identifying the order connected to this review, our team reached out directly to continue investigating the concerns raised and to provide after-sales support.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the additional information or response needed to continue resolving the matter.
We would also like to clarify an important point regarding the center diamond.
Every LâAmour Brilliance center diamond is supplied with an IGI grading report from an independent gemological laboratory, which records the diamondâs exact carat weight, color, clarity, measurements, and other grading details.
We do not misrepresent or alter these certified specifications.
If there is a discrepancy between the diamond received and its IGI report, we would take that extremely seriously and would be happy to review the diamond, certificate, and any independent measurements provided.
The same applies to the ring size. If there is a confirmed sizing issue, our team remains available to assist through our official after-sales support process.
We have made genuine efforts to follow up and resolve the concerns raised here, and that offer of support remains open.
If you would like us to continue the investigation, please contact us at contact@lamourbrilliance.com with the relevant order details and supporting information.
â LâAmour Brilliance Team
All positive reviews are fake
All positive reviews are fake. Really disappointed with lamour brillance. The diamond looked dull and nothing like advertised, and customer service was unhelpful when I reached out. Now Iâm stuck with a ring I donât even like. Also makes me question how real their positive reviews are. Would NOT recommend.

Hi Lourdes,
Weâre sorry that you remain dissatisfied with your experience, and we respect your right to share your feedback.
However, we do want to address one statement clearly.
We strongly disagree with the claim that âall positive reviews are fake.â This is a broad allegation for which no supporting evidence has been provided to us.
Reviews on our Trustpilot profile are submitted through Trustpilotâs platform and are subject to Trustpilotâs own review integrity processes.
Regarding your individual order, our team has been communicating with you and providing post-purchase support over a period of several months.
We have maintained records of those communications and the assistance provided, and we remain available to continue supporting any legitimate product or after-sales concerns through our official support channels.
We understand that a customer may be unhappy with an order, and we take that seriously.
However, dissatisfaction with an individual experience should not be used to characterize every other customer review as illegitimate.
Our goal has always been to resolve concerns professionally and fairly.
If there is still a specific issue with your order that requires assistance, our team remains available at contact@lamourbrilliance.com.

At first i was unsure about this website, but after purchasing they responded fast and kept me updated, the ring is beautiful- i do wish it came in a smaller ring box though, and my only issue was that when it was delivered they were supposed to get a signature from me but instead left it at my front door (mail delivery issue though)
