Don't purchase from them...

They sign you up for a subscription without telling you. The charge is more than my original purchase. I want to return it and they don't respond via email or phone. No one is even picking up the phone. I have been trying for days to get an answer on how to return what I never signed up for. They sent me an address to return it to, with no further information and stopped responding. How could I get a refund sending it to an address with no other information, if they don't know it's my package they can't pay me back can they? HORRIBLE customer service. You can chat with an AI bot who just tells you to keep emailing and calling them. Don't waste your time or money being scammed by this company.

Being ignored!!!

Initially I shared that was not satisfied with the product and I wanted to return it. I got a very fast response with them wanting me to keep trying the product, telling me to “give it time” and providing me with some suggestions. I said I would “try” but still was NOT happy. Then about a week to a week and a half later they charged me $85 for the subscription. I sent them three follow up emails now asking for that to be refunded as not only did I initially want a refund and was unhappy and talked into keeping it to try it a little longer but then you are charging me again and won’t even respond to me. I find it very interesting that you wanted to respond to me so quickly to talk me into keeping it, but now won’t respond when I ask to have a charge reversal. Worst customer service ever I’m reporting them to my bank.

Marie at Puur Smile provided excellent customer service in response to an issue I raised. Thank you, Marie! The water flosser is an excellent product and my mouth feels so clean after using it. I highly recommend this product.

Responsive customer service keeps customers

I sent an email requesting options for adjusting my regular delivery. Response was very quick. Mary was so nice and provided options and updated my schedule immediately, without question.

I received This as a Christmas gift

I received This as a Christmas gift. When I unboxed it I did not see the fine crack at the bottom of the water tank. When I used it the crack got larger and the second time I used it the water poured out of the crack. I wrote the company to replace the water tank and they insisted that I get a receipt from the purchase. I was not comfortable contacting the gift giver so I just paid for the replacement. It happened a second time and I thought m aybe I had "bumped" the tank on the sink so I paid for ANOTHER replacement tank. This time I was extremely careful and the tank had not been bumped or dropped and it cracked AGAIN. (This is the third tank that cracked) There is obviously a design flaw in the water tank. When it is working I loved the water-pik but you can't use it when the tank is cracked. I will NOT buy another one. Moving on.

Buyer Beware- do not buy from this…

Buyer Beware- do not buy from this company. The product itself is not terrible, but they continue to take money out of your account and send you unauthorized products each month. I bought my water flousser in November. I did not sign up for a subscription, and they still sent me replacement products to the tune of $67 monthky. I reached out, and they said they are happy to issue a refund, but there is a 10% restocking fee, and I had to send a picture of the products to make sure they are not opened. I didn't ask for the products in the first place. They are scamming people, so I would not buy from this company!

Great expereance…

I have had a few problems with this great product. Things I could not fix myself. The company contacts have been jolly on the spot with my concerns. I could not have made a better choice in purchasing this water flosser

The tooth whitening kit was a waste of money. The actual device stopped charging before I could start to use the second applicator out of three! No wonder they only offer a 30 day warranty!

Solved my problem quickly and with great customer service.

I received such encouraging response when my water pic failed. I had used it for about 10 days and loved it. And then it stopped working. I was in touch immediately with the company explaining my situation. They were very helpful and replaced the unit for me which I received yesterday and it works perfect. It is the best water pick I have ever had and I'm truly happy with such a responsible business. They take care of their customers which I greatly appreciate.

Puur is a great company

I had a Puur teeth cleaner that stopped charging. I advised the customer service people and sent them a video explaining the issue. They immediately responded and told me they would fix the problem by sending me a new Puur device. The new device arrived very quickly and is even better than my previous model. All at no cost to me. A great company that stands behind their products.

First of all, rhese products are just marvelous. The whitening kit did miracles fir me. The first coupme days of usage, I ve seen rhe progress on my teeth. Client services are quick, understanding and wont let you go unsatisfied.

I ordered the product in Dec and…

I ordered the product in Dec and received it. On Feb 2 they sent a refill package. WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. Returned it per their instructions - pd for the postage & then emailed them a copy of ship form. They never sent the refund. Mar 2, another pkg arrived. Emailed again that I don't want it - no reply. Today I contacted my bank and told them to block Purr Smile - also filed a fraud report. Poor customer service!
