I purchased a water flosser bundle when it was on sale for black Friday. However, though I do not recall agreeing to or opting in to such a thing, I was signed up for a subscription for replacement attachments monthly.
The first "refill" order was confirmed on December 24th. Christmas eve, so of course I was unable to reach support directly to cancel my order. However I did reach out via the chat on their site, the bot replied and I quote:
"We’ve forwarded your request to an agent who will cancel both your subscription and upcoming orders and get back to you within 24 hours"
I was, understandably, rather busy with the holidays and other things going on in my life, so when I never received a shipping confirmation or a package I assumed it had been cancelled.
However, looking back now at my history the order shows as "Paid" but the status shows "Unfulfilled". This prompted me to check my checking account, I was not refunded for the $60 I was charged in December.
Now, again, while customer service is closed Friday evening Jan 23, I received notification that another order was confirmed, then in less than 24 hours an email stating it was shipped. I reached out as soon as I saw the messages but I have been told my options are to keep the product for 50% off or, go through the hassle of returning the item. Either by refusing the delivery (have you ever tried to catch a delivery person at the door? Extremely difficult.) or ship it back and still be charged a 10% restocking fee.
This is absolutely unacceptable as a resolution. It's honestly predatory business practice at this point. Which is a shame because the actual product works well. I do not recommend purchasing from this company unless you use a visa gift card or something they can't use for subscription payments.
Their website is also rather glitchy and it took me hours to actually cancel my subscriptions myself from my account page as it kept reloading and sending me back to the beginning of the process.It required multiple confirmations on several pages that seem designed to be intentionally confusing from a graphic design perspective. The options to change your mind are nice bold buttons, whereas the option to cancel is just a tiny blue underlined link at the bottom of the page.
That song and dance must be repeated for all of the products in the "bundle" to fully eliminate all subscriptions.
Waiting on a reply regarding the December charge and resolution to this issue.

Too early for dislikes,but good product with good attachments. I have mixed feelings for the subscription items. I just like to buy the items I need at that time if needed. But good water flosser it really cleans particles out

The water flosser works well but I keep receiving a bill for$ 59.97 I never received anything for this 59.97 I called last month and explained that I only need the flosser once or twice a year when I am traveling, I use my water pic at home. They said I will no longer receive this bill, but guess what !!!! I just received another bill?? For what, I was told I would no longer receive any bills Please refund my payment unless you want the entire flosser returned?

Less than a month after receiving the original product, an unauthorized charge for nearly $60 appeared on my checking account, followed by an email stating that refill supplies—supplies I am nowhere close to needing—had already been shipped. Only afterward did I discover that a tiny, pre-checked box on the order page had automatically enrolled me in this refill scheme. Calls and emails to PuurSmile have gone unanswered. This was my first and last purchase from this underhanded company.
To the people at PuurSmile: stop hiding automatic refills behind pre-checked boxes. Add a mandatory pop-up that clearly asks customers whether they want to enroll and gives them an obvious, equal option to decline.

I recently purchased the PuurSmile water flosser, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. The brush head was too soft for my needs, and the water spray was extremely messy and difficult to control. Even though I was well within my 30-day satisfaction window, the return process was a struggle.
First, customer support insisted I send a video of the product before they would even consider a return. More frustratingly, while their website states they provide prepaid return labels, they told me their "warehouse was having issues" and couldn't send one. I was forced to pay $17.24 out of my own pocket at UPS just to send back a product I wasn't happy with.
Additionally, their policy mentions a 10% restocking fee. I find it very unprofessional to charge a restocking fee when the customer is already forced to pay for their own shipping due to the company's internal system errors. If you buy this, be prepared for a very "manual" and expensive return process if you don't like it

Same as the other posts , illegally signed me up for a monthly resupply of product for $119. I cancelled my “subscription “ immediately, they still shipped it 3 weeks later. I canceled via email to the company as well as online, in which they acknowledged and confirmed the cancellation. I did receive a credit ( I had to pay $16 to ship it back)
Miraculously, I just received another order!!!
SCAMMERS!!!!! No where was indicated that you would also be signing up for a monthly subscription for additional products. The reviews I’ve read elsewhere - everyone complained about this unethical practice and finding it very difficult to cancel the recurring monthly charge on your credit card or PayPal.
This review is for the customer service. I did not try the flosser as they were gifts.

They send you with 60$ worth of recurring charges monthly that she had no idea about and seem to be impossible to stop. Do not order from this company. My 14 year old granddaughter ordered this for me for Christmas and she used her 16 year old sister 's card. Not they keep sending and charging her 60$ .

After writing this review, I was contacted by JC from puur smile and would be receiving a replacement, I received the replacement and it charged and worked. So far so good. Not the best customer service but they did make it right. The puur smile water flosser would not stay charged as soon as I opened the box. I was out of the 90 day return policy, apparently, although the website said lifetime guarantee at the time of purchase. Good luck with customer service, no answer on the phone they only communicate through email and it took 10 days the first time to get a response other than an automated message, then plan on every other day after that.

My teeth are full of pockets which enflame my gums if they aren't kept super clean. Flossing helps but the Purrsmile device gets the spaces floss doesn't reach and my mouth has never felt more clean. I use it in the shower.

To my surprise today I received an email for confirmation of an order for $59.97 but was charged $192 on my card from this company that was not authorized. This is fraud and a scam and when I reached out to this company I received an email from someone name Tina who completely ignored the fact i requested a refund and did not authorized a charge of $192 and a request to cancel any subscriptions and tried to offer me a store credit, and to push out any future shipments, so now I’m going have to get my bank and BBB involved because I don’t want any one else to have same experience and to get my monies back.
