Very good and efficient people.

I am very happy and satisfied with PureTelecom service. Communication and helpfulness is excellent.

Waiting for refund since July. Was initially told I would be refunded on next bill date 22/08, then it would be sent end of August, was told 01/09 it had been posted last week and have now had to threaten with Com Reg. 2 different emails today,1 telling me again that cheque had been posted, another stating that it will take an additional 10 working days!!!
Appallingly customer service, avoid this company

I recently joined Pure Telecom and was having a few issues with the speed of the wifi and it dropping around my home

I rang and spoke to Daniel, well what a gentleman he was. I explained to him the importance of the connection quality having a child with Special needs.
He was so understanding and empathetic. Daniel gave me the time and his patience to resolve the problem.
It is a wonderful and important part of good customer service to talk to someone that gives you a clear picture of what needs to be done and resolves it fully. Every company needs a Daniel what a gentleman.. He renewed my faith in Customer Support and had a few giggles thrown in as well. Thank you Daniel.

When calling Customer Care or Technical Support the wait time was short. We were on an old landline/Internet connection therefore the upgrade to fiber was not straightforward. All the Pure Telecom staff were extremely helpful & liaised with the technicians to assist with the upgrade. The technicians guided us wrh a solution to our probkem. Very glad we stayed with Pure Telecom.

Folksmoved from starlink to puretelecom. Its a fantastic service experience from ordering to installation. I opted for 1Gbps connection and I am getting around 920mbps + on average. Using since couple of months and definitely recommend them. Nice folks 👍

I work in Telecoms and know first hand how poor support is, especially when out sourced.
As long as Pure Telecom keep up this level of support, I won't be going anywhere else.

The agent was extremely helpful and confirmed that a technician would come to fix the internet issue. This was done in a few days which duly happened. The agent rang back after the visit to confirm that the problem was resolved which is unusual in my experience
