Amazing flavour
I got some of the electrolyte sachets as a freebie - absolutely loved the flavours! Super easy to drink! Looking forward to the new flavour release before ordering some properly so that I can try them all ☺️

Disappointing Customer Service and…
Disappointing Customer Service and Advertising.
Saw advert for promotional sports bundle including bottle in order of hydration sachets. Wasn't clear that needed to subscribe to receive the bottle at all. When spoke to Eliza in customer service they said they have had other people report this and their position is that they wont provide the bottle without subscription. To me it is disingenuous advertising.
Can see that many others on here have been duped by this, but yet they continue to run the adverts.

First timer, never again….
I ordered my first subscription with this company on Sunday. First of all, I was given the wrong tracking for Royal Mail that was connected to a parcel that was delivered a year ago. No biggy, I thought I’d get in contact to make them aware, and ask for the correct tracking. Pam got back to me and said wait until Wednesday and it will update.
Tuesday morning, I get a delivery update saying parcel had been delivered. Nothing there?!?. Contacted them again no reply. Wednesday comes, no update to the tracking as it still saying my parcel was delivered in July 2025. Emailed the team, still no reply.
Still no reply. Thursday evening my parcel arrives, the electrolyte box is beaten up. Inside the box not what I ordered.
I’ve emailed them again but I’ll be cancelling my subscription from here I think. What a waste of time, I’d highly recommend instead, purchasing from a different brand. Such a shame as I had heard great things too!
EDIT - funny enough they got back to me straight away and told me I did order the variety pack, ‘recommended that I check my original confirmation’, and I could send it back if I’m really not happy. I’ve still decided to cancel my subscription due to the whole experience with this company.

Unfortunately, there was a temporary issue with Royal Mail tracking that affected a number of shipments, resulting in incorrect tracking information being displayed. We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.
Regarding the variety pack, we understand it wasn't what you were expecting. However, our warehouse processes orders based on the selection made at checkout, which matched the order confirmation sent at the time of purchase.
We respect your decision to cancel your subscription, although we're genuinely disappointed we weren't able to provide the experience you expected. We appreciate your feedback, and we'll continue working to improve our service.

Great products, amazing customer service...
I have bought from Puresport a few times now and every time have been impressed by both the products and service. So much so that I now have a recurring plan for their Ultimate Sleep bundle - it's incredible!
I recently ordered some electrolytes and when I opened the first sachet, it was all stuck together and upon checking the whole pack there were a few more that were the same - it was likely due to the hot weather but I notified them and they arranged for a new pack to be sent out free of charge - shout out to Pam for all her help in sorting this for me!
It's worth noting that I have bought electrolytes from them before and never had a problem with the product - it works great and tastes even better but when things do go wrong, they act quickly to fix it.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely keep buying from them - top brand!

The products feel really top tier and…
The products feel really top tier and after ordering some energy gels, one had popped or leaked and gotten everything sticky. I emailed their customer service and Pam emailed back within 24 hours and quickly sent me a replacement pack and dealt with everything amazingly.

Best sports company I have used
Best sports company I have used. The gels are the best on the market. As a type one diabetic I need to use gels often on big runs and puresport’s don’t give me a tight stomach, taste great and are preservative free. Can’t recommend them enough to any runner. Clothing is also great (I have a t-shirt). High value but delivering a high quality! Worth the money!

I really like the Puresport products
I really like the Puresport products. They’re easy to use and I feel that they give me what I need both before, during and after my runs. Love the taste and they’re very gentle on my tum. Plus ordering from Puresport was fast and efficient. One thing I would say about the gels in particular is how easy they are to open when running and with sweaty hands. No issues at all.

Avoid at all costs. Like many I got caught in the “free bundle scam”
You place your order, where you should get the free socks, water bottle etc but in actual fact it’s a scam.
You need to tick a little box to “subscribe”
Why fill out your sock size if you are not receiving them! Deceiving possible customers from the offset.

Have been a subscription member with…
Have been a subscription member with Puresport for sometime now. I find their products support my training, are of a great quality and being informed sport certified gives me peace of mind regarding ingredients.
Subscriptions are flexible and easy to amend.
Customer services are second to none. On the two occasions I have needed to contact them I have had a response within an hour or two! One was for a bespoke change I needed on a subscription, which was no problem for the team and changed straight away. Thanks Puresport!

Vile company. Their product is fine, I guess. But I had a subscription, cancelled it after realising that my subscription address could not be changed after moving to a different location. They didn't cancel my subscription, sent the order out to an old location then wouldn't refund me the money, even though I sent them an email immediately after I got a notification. Awful awful customer service, will never buy from them again. Now have paid for two lots of the product that I'll never see because they have rubbish customer service and don't help anyone. Don't trust, they will only let you down.

After reviewing your account, we couldn't find any formal request from you to update your subscription address or cancel your subscription before the order was processed. We did receive messages expressing your frustration, and our team did their best to explain what had happened, including that your subscription had been skipped by you rather than cancelled, and how to update your address to prevent the same issue in the future.
As the order was processed using the address saved on your subscription, it was dispatched to that location. Despite this, we still issued a refund for your most recent order as a gesture of goodwill, even though the issue wasn't caused by an error on our side.
We're sorry that your experience left you feeling disappointed. We value all customer feedback and will continue working to improve our service and communication.
