Worst treatment I have ever experienced. They used that much lidocaine on my face I looked like a stroke patient when I left the salon. The pain was excruciating. I have had aesthetic treatments for many years and the Endolift treatment I experienced at this salon was the worst and they overcharged me 😡

The over charge was £18, was the result of a genuine error, made when applying a discount, and was refunded to you as soon as you brought it to our attention.
In regards to the pain and the You mention experiencing discomfort from the lidocaine treatment—this is expected and explained beforehand, as the treatment is invasive and requires numbing for patient safety and comfort. Otherwise the procedure can not be performed. This is the same that may happen in dentistry, when lidocaine is used to numb the area, it is common for some tempory, localised, motor impairment to occur. This always returns to normal as the anaesthetic wears off.

Professionalism
I've been in constant pain for the last 2 years. First year I tried GP/Physio/Chiropractor with little effect and low value compared to price. I felt drained and hopeless for better life until I've decided to seek help somewhere else. Even though visit was same as with everybody else testing my shoulder mobility and what I am capable of. I could see Matty is more engaged and he's doing his job with passion. It's been a long journey for me as I am required to lift heavy things every single day what doesn't help recovery. I feel more confident and what is more important for me I am beliving that I can have normal life again and I don't question myself if I be able to move my arm with no pain. If you experiencing any pain or looking for specialist I truly recommend Matty you won't regret it.

Jade is the absolute best in her field, her knowledge on absolutely every treatment she offers is honestly mind blowing! She’s amazing at what she does she’s so welcoming and kind and professional. I’ve been to PURE for various treatments now from face/ lip fillers, teeth whitening & fat dissolving and I am always chuffed with the results. I’ll never let anyone else touch my face again. She’s fab 💜

Finally! a place for males to have skin treatment with out feeling out of place.
Friendly staff with an abundance of knowledge and experience.
They explained everything about the treatment I received, the after care and how to prolong the results.
Not only that! After telling them about my gym lifestyle, they told me that they have just started doing blood tests for males that like to keep in the best physical shape.
✅ Bloods - balance checks essentials for bodybuilding
✅ Baby soft skin and instructions on how to maintain it. 😊

What a beautiful and very clean clinic. The customer service was outstanding. The practitioner Jade was truely amazing and i was so pleased with the service I received from this clinic. She went above and beyond to help me with the look I wanted and explained everything in such detail. I was very impressed with the quality of the treatment I received. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! I WONDER IF THEY WILL TREAT DIFFERENTLY TO SOME FIFTHY RICH WOMEN. THEY ALWAYS CHANGED APPT SAYING THE PRACTITIONER ARENT AVAILABLE WHICH I HAVE ACCEPTED ANYTIME THEY DID .ON MY DAY OF EYEBROW TOUCH UP APPT, I HAVE INFORMED THEM THAT I WILL BE LATE AS TRAVELLING FROM FAR PLACE AND TRAFFIC ETC BUT I WAS NOT TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT CANCELLATION WHEN I INFORMED( I COULD HAVE TURNED AROUND IF THEY STOPPED ME COMING). WHEN I ARRIVED AT CLINIC, I WAS ASKED TO WAIT AT CLINIC FOR 25 MINS BEFORE PRACTITIONER CAME UP TO TELL ME THAT MY APPT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS SHE IS SUPPOSED TO SERVE OTHER CUSTOMER. SHE SAID SO COMFORTABLY (I CANT BELIEVE I HAVE SUCH POOR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ) .AND BEING MYSELF IN THIS INDUSTRY BEFORE, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE ASKING CUSTOMER TO SIT IN THE CLINIC FOR 25 MINS BEFORE TELLING THE PERSON THAT YOUR APPT IS CANCELLED.I WISH I COULD GIVE SO MANY MINUS RATING. Good evening. We are very sad to see you have left a negative review, we pride ourselves in offering a high standard when it comes to our servers and that all our patients are happy to return. However, with this said, this review is inaccurate. After previously visiting PURE for your Microblading treatment (in which you were happy with the results), you were then booked for your follow up complimentary top-up. On the day of your top up appointment, you arrived 1 hour late. At this point, your assigned practitioner was then with another patient. We politely asked you to wait so we could see if the practioner would still be able to see you even though you were 1 hour late. Unfortunately, as she was in an appointment with her other patient, she was unable to come out immediately, hence the reason you had to wait slightly longer to be seen (the 25 minutes you have mentioned in your review). Once her appointment had finished and she was able to leave the treatment room, she explained as you was 1 hour late she would not be able to go ahead with your treatment on that particularly day (this would effect all other patients booked in on this day) and had given you multiple other days (AM & PM) to attend in which you declined all appointments offered. On the day of your appointment and days leading upto your appointment we did not recieve any contact from you explaining you would be late attending (if this was the case we would have tried our best to accommodate you even if you was late). We have since again searched through our social media platforms including any other means of contact and can not find any messages relating to you attending late (could you please attach any messages sent by yourself here, alternatively you can message the clinic direct with these messages). We have spoken to each staff member and can confirm that neither staff member received a message nor did any of our team reply to such message. Again, we pride ourselves in offering a high standard of service and always aim to try our best to accommodate each of our patients. If you would please like to contact the clinic so we can assist further in resolving this matter and giving you the best experience at PURE Skin Clinic.
