Watch out on your bill I just got overcharged.

I have been only a few weeks with them and just received the final bill and the final meter readings are incorrect (where correctly reported by my new provider) and totally wrong resulting in an overcharging of about 27 pounds for a few weeks. Glad I switched to a new provider (PFP Energy) right away after I moved in.

THE SWITCH

I received very clear instructions on how to proceed regarding the switch to Pure Planet. Dates were given which were very precise. Information regarding their app was also provided, even the facility to take a photo of the gas and electric meters. Switch done and dusted.

Good start to our relationship.

Over the last few years I have changed supplier on a number of occasions and this was the swiftest and most pain-free switch that I have undertaken. Whether that is down to Pure Planet or whether it is down to the changes instituted by the Government to make switching easier remains to be seen. I wait to see if and when Pure Planet increases its prices, like the others I have switched to in the past, who seem to rely on a short period of lower prices than most competitors to gain customers and then hope that some will stay despite this rise. Regardless of that, there is a feel good factor involved in being with a company that uses only renewable energy.

So far so good ...

I have just switched from another company, and so far so good. The other company were impossible to contact and a real headache, whereas Pure Planet have kept me informed every step of the way. The process has been simple and easy, the app is great, and my energy is green!

Easy switch to stay with Pure Planet

After moving house I switched back to Pure Planet and they made the switch easy and I am glad that we will be staying with them as on top of utilising and supporting renewable energy sources, I have never had any issue with customer service and their app is really handy.

The most useless utility company!

Don't go with my Pure Planet. It's all on line and all communication is through messages and if you have a problem you have to wait 2-3 days to get a message back from the teem at PP. Even then it's only a message that hasn't answered your questions. My switch to Pure Planet has been a complete mistake.
