The PureGym Mgmt. develops the business on costs of the existing clients. There is a Gym renovation ongoing which takes months and many facilities are not available. The whole renovation happens during day hours when clients are there. I would have expected that this would be done nightly with a crew big enough that after a week everything is back to normal. And then there are marketing events like re-opening after renovation for which they shut down the entire Gym again for preparation. The existing clients pay, they don't have the Gym available and the re-opening event anyhow is not relevant for existing clients. The PureGym Mgmt behaves extremely anti-client oriented.

Absolut kein Gym!

Selten in einem so schlechten Gym trainiert. Keine ausgebildete Trainer - 90 % der Kunden trainiert falsch oder sogar gesundheitsschädigend!
Kunden erhalten keine Einführung - von wem auch?

Trainingsgeraete in schlechtem Zustand oder sogar teikweise ausser Betrieb. Derzeit wird seit 2 Monaten umgebaut…

Es werden Monatsabo zu chf 29 verscherbelt sodass jeden Tag das Studio ubervoll sogar im Sommer und dies lockt Publikum an welches teilweise keinerlei Anstand aufweist.

Ich bin noch an ein Abo gebunden aber werde raschest in ein Studio wechseln wo der Abopreis höher aber Betreuung kein Fremdwort und darauf geachtet wird dass die Kunden anständig trainieren können. .

I am writing to express my concerns about the lack of responsiveness and the conditions of the gym facilities located in the new Lokwerk residential development. I have made an attempt to get in touch with the gym management via email to discuss the opening hours, considering the recent addition of 60 new apartments in the building. Unfortunately, my correspondence has been met with silence, which is deeply frustrating.

During a recent visit for a trial workout session alongside a friend, in anticipation of our move next week, we found the gym's condition to be profoundly disappointing. We noticed that:

1. The dip bar was damaged and inoperative,
2. Several machines exhibited malfunctions in their adjustment systems, rendering them unusable,
3. The sink in the men's room was not functioning and water was unavailable,
4. Lastly, some equipment seemed unsuitable for individuals of a certain height, particularly for taller users.

It is concerning that what I consider to be fundamental expectations of any fitness facility are not being met, let alone the standards one would anticipate from a premium experience. The aforementioned issues point to a lack of adequate maintenance, which is a substantial drawback for a gym in a country known for its high-quality services such as Switzerland.

I believe a prompt and adequate response to these concerns is crucial for the overall customer satisfaction and the gym's reputation in this competitive fitness market. I look forward to seeing improvements in both their client communication and the gym facilities in the near future.

Habe All in one bezahlt 175Fr.
Das heißt ich kann mir ein Produkt vom Automat beziehen( flat Produkte ) wenn ich ins Fitness gehe.
Leider sind die aber meistens immer leer.
Für das bezahle ich 175 Fr.im Jahr für nichts

Achtung auf der Abo Vertrag. Eine Katastrophe!!!

ABZOCKEREI! Als es noch Basefit hiess musste man für die Karte für den Eintritt 10.- bezahlen, mit der Begründung man bekomme es ende des Vertrages zurück. Als es Puregym wurde und ich es zurück gab, sagte diese, da es ein neues Fitness ist, bekommt man das Geld nicht zurück. Die bei der Mitgliederverwaltung sagt, der Bag gehört mir man bekomme nichts laut Artikel .... Irgendwas. Egal welche Fragen man hat, es ist unkompetent und Unfreundlich! Grüssels als Fitnesstrainer.

Abzockerei!
Macht einen möglichst grossen Bogen um dieses Fitness!

Hausregeln (Auszug):
1) "Das Telefonieren sowie die Aufnahme von Fotos oder Videos mit dem Mobiltelefon ist im gesamten PureGym Fitnessclub untersagt."
2) "Die Trainingsfläche darf ausschliesslich mit sauberen Sportschuhen betreten werden, die nicht für Outdoor-Aktivitäten genutzt werden."
3) "Auf der Trainingsfläche sind keine Trainingstaschen erlaubt."
4) "Während dem Training muss eine Sportbekleidung getragen werden."
5) "Aus hygienischen Gründen muss jedes Mitglied ein Handtuch mit sich tragen und zum Training auf die Geräte legen."
6) "Nach Benutzung der Geräte müssen diese von Schweissrückständen befreit werden."
7) Personen mit starkem Körpergeruch werden aufgefordert, vor dem Training zu duschen.
8) Geräte und Hantelbänke sind gemäss Instruktion zu benutzen und in einem ordentlichen Zustand zu verlassen. Freihanteln, Gewichte, Bänke, Griffe, usw. sind ordentlich aufzuräumen.
9) Um einen reibungslosen Trainingsablauf zu ermöglichen, dürfen Trainingsgeräte/-stationen nicht reserviert werden oder für mehrere Sätze blockiert werden.

>> Fazit: jede einzelne dieser Hausregel wird täglich mehrere Male von den Benutzern gebrochen. Wer wäre denn für die Durchsetzung dieser Hausregeln verantwortlich? Die meist lustlosten Angestellten? Die tun keinen Finger krumm. Im Gegenteil: wer sich beschwert, wird abgewimmelt. Die miese Parkplatzsituation und die Tatsache, dass es keine telefonische Kontaktmöglichkeit mit Büroangestellten gibt (wird Kundenfreundlichkeit wird bei PureGym klein geschrieben?) tut meiner Meinung nach seinen Rest, um dieses Gym abzuwerten.

Absolutely atrocious procedure to cancel and poor (practically non existant) admin response.
They say on their website you can cancel your membership on your portal or by calling your bank. None of these options work.
I wrote several messages into their little message box on the website (the only way to contact them) and got no reply.
Finally I find out I can cancel by sending a registered letter (which costs) but that requires a 10 day notice period.
I send the letter but because I am over the 10 day notice period (due to their poor communication system and the fact their cancelling procedures don’t work), I will still be charged an extra month.

There is no one to call about this besides messaging on the question box on the website, which no one reply’s to anyway.

The gym is fine, but not worth putting up with the horrible admin, inexistant customer service, and impossible cancelling process.
