Well, I offered to buy a dress for my wife at John Lewis. Despite all their efforts I could net use the card. Eventually my wife had to pay and I was embarrassed! Perhaps some advice on usage would be appreciated. Maurice

We do appreciate your feedback, however a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.
