Amazing quality collectable products…

Amazing quality collectable products that are officially licensed. Straightforward ordering process with a reward system that can be used to redeem points. Customer service are helpful when available. There are sometimes delays in production but they do try to keep people informed by website, social media and live streams. I'm happy with their products when I receive them.

I had no problems with my order

I had no problems with my order, they delivered it on time. The quality of the figurines was great stuff aswel. And I even got a replacement part due to the carelessness of the delivery driver. They were friendly about any questions I had so for me i would definitely order from PureArts again.

PureArts always delivers

Made multiple purchases and they always deliver! Yes it takes time for these statues to arrive; they are all hand painted. No different then with Hot Toys figures. The level of detail is amazing and I really appreciate the fact that they ship from within Europe :)
PureArts is a must for every AC fan!!! Can't wait for the other Animus figures to get here :)

Best statues, best customer service

Been shopping at PureArts since the start of my collection!
Besides that the quality is amazing the shipping cost are fair compared to many other statue companies
Not only the statues are amazing also the people who work there.

Excellent statues, Great support

I’ve ordered from PureArts for about 5-6 years, and I have a lot of statues from them (20+).

Nearly all orders arrived on time, in perfect condition and exactly (or even better) than pictured. The few times something happened, was it on the courier, global issues or production mishaps, they took such great care in resolving the problem. Agnes and Julius always reply so quick and thoughtful.

Recently there have been more delays than usual, due to external factors. Global supplychain issues, like having containers stuck at customs. I can understand the frustration with shifting time windows, I am waiting on 2 items that are not shipped yet. As far as I know those have been delayed.

Earlier this year I was waiting on another 5 items, those have been delivered.

Whatever happens, they will always try and make it right. I even got a replacement part for statues well outside the normal warranty period. PureArts is definitely not a scam, but I can definitely attest to their struggles with global (supply chain) issues.

I would recommend joining the ‘PureArts Collectors’ group on Facebook for short lines of communication. They update frequently and other people ask about collectibles too.

J’ai commandé une figurine avec un paiement en 12 fois et après avoir payé la figurine 1 ans plus tard, je vois que la figurine est non traitée et que elle n’est pas envoyée. Pour l’instant ca fait un peux plus d’un mois que j’attend. Mais vu les avis négatifs que je vois, j’ai bien peur de ne jamais la voir.

Le S.A.V de pure art est médiocre, je leur envoie plusieurs mail, il répondent parfois 2 jours après et pour au final ne même pas répondre a la question. Ils répondent simplement « nous examinons votre dossier »

Je suis très déçu de l’expérience avec pure art

Every one seems to have the same…

Every one seems to have the same problem and for some reason they have an excuse for everything. They blamed my delay on some bull crap and its annoying :if you don’t have that figure available let me get one thats available. Its been 6 month since I finalized the purchase

Fraud

It's been over a year ago I ordered an AC figurine, paid for it and still nothing. No updates whatsoever. This is a scam.

C’est une arnaque

C’est une arnaque.

Ils prennent l’argent et n’envoie jamais la figurine. Quand on les contactes ils répondent pas ou alors envois un liens de suivis qui mène nulle part.

Figurine commandé en janvier, aujourd’hui plus de 3 mois après, toujours rien, figurine marquer comme livrée sur le suivis, pure arts dit qu’ils ont pas expédier et qu il reste quelque chose à payé (alors que tous a été payer d’avance)

I'm sorry that you had issues with your order. I attempted to look you up, however I have no support tickets from anyone named Valentin in the last 8 months. I also cannot find any orders placed in January under your first name or last names (we exported all orders from January and searched the report for your name). Are you sure this was ordered with us or maybe under a different name? Also are you sure you purchased something that was in stock and not a pre-order or a back-order? I invite you to send a new email to support@purearts.com and ask for Dan to review your case for you. Also, if you were asked to pay an additional amount, it could be that shipping was not billed correctly or another issue, but I was not able to find any case or order for you so it can't be confirmed. Lost $800 of money(part 2)

Good of you to finally reply, however, as of this writing, it has been over 4 months and I still have not received delivery!! I do not believe this company intends to complete this order, and I will need to pursue means of recovering my losses.

Hi Jared, it's been awhile but I wanted to confirm to you and those seeing this review that as explained, this item was unfortunately sold out and went on backorder during Comic Con and that a new shipment from our factory was due later in the year. I know having items sell out during a show sucks and is very disappointing and confusing when you were told otherwise. Unfortunately, our staff working the show floor didn't realize this particular item was sold out at the time as we don't keep these larger statues physically at the show. This rarely happens and we apologize. After checking the shipping records, I'm showing that as promised, the stock did arrive and started shipping to all backorders in late February so I hope your helmet arrived and you're happy with the final product despite all the hassle. Pratiques frauduleuses

J'ai eu le même problème qu'un autre utilisateur au sujet de la commande de la figurine Starfield Vasco commandé en septembre 2023 et évidement jamais reçu puisque jamais mis en production et toujours repoussé.
J'ai essayé de demander des explications / justifications autour de la clause des 15% d'acompte, aucune réponse valable, juste que "c'est la règle".
Donc pour eux faire une précommande fictive et demander 15% d'acompte sur 400$, sur du vent, c'est légal.
Fuyez ce site et ces pratiques frauduleuses.

Do not use this website

This website is horrible! They are willing to take your money but not willing to update or give you news about your purchase. They will, however, shove every single flyer, pamphlet, or news about everything else you did not purchase, even though I un-subscribed. I wish I could give them a zero star but you have to five them something.

Stay away.

I purchased a Johnny Silverhand statue for $999. The statue came with the 'Screen' / half of the statue base unable to fit.

When trying to separate the statue parts the base began to fragment. After sanding down part of the base I managed to combine the two part.

The 'buttons' on the statue however had come loose and rattled around inside. Thinking I could separate the two parts of the base, I took my tiny screwdriver; only to discover the screws were just plastic / part of the model and immediately fragmented.

The whole thing is sealed. The buttons don't work. The screws that look like the hold the back on; are decorative. It's a solid model.

Unable to use the buttons, I use the cheap included remote; which despite the plastic-thing meant to keep the battery from discharging; it was dead.

So, I was left with a piece that couldn't be combined and broke in the attempt; a broken control panel and a remote that has discharged.

I filed down the base with a razor. Superglued back the fragments and ordered the some mini-paint to hopefully fix up the last cracks in the base, since I'm unable to return it.

The statue itself is nice. But not $999 nice. After spending hours repairing this still partially broken purchase; I'm left regretting my purchase.

Hi Anders, I'm sorry to hear that your statue was received with these issues! I checked for orders for a Johnny Silverhand under both names here in Trustpilot and I have zero orders or tickets open. Further, all our clients are able to contact us if they received a damaged unit and we offer various solutions up to and including full replacement at no charge, so it's strange that you would start trying to modify the statue without even reaching out for a resolution. In addition, the remote requires direct line of sight to a specific spot on the statue to work, so chances are that was the issue vs a dead battery.

In the future, we would recommend you always contact the manufacturer when you receive something from any company with manufacturing defects before you start trying to modify the article. We would happily resolved this for you.

Horrible. Just horrible

Afters months of waiting for my order, it dibally got sent. Atleast, they say it was sent. Because it never came. I checked tracking. It was returned, nevwr even entered Norway.
I sent messagw and they didnt have answers why it got returned, they resent, and just instant returned, and same again. Im not even sure they actually sent it.
I said i wanted full refund. They couldbt do it. They needed to wait for the courier and to find out what was wrong, i then didnt hear anything for over a week, i sent a message asking for update. Tok half a week sithout even an answer. I didnt get an answer befor ei sent s new mail saying i want a refund( they sure dont like the refund word)

So after much waiting, i got message that they had found out whats the problom and can resend, or i can get refund minus 15% and the shipping cost.
So. Not even my foult, it was all their foult and they was gonna keep 15%.
Horrible deal. Horrible customer service, and when the item finally came. It looks nice, but not close to the quality expected for that price

With all due respect, it is most definitely not our fault when UPS, FedEx or DHL etc lose a shipment and we are required to go through a claims process to either find the package or receive a refund on the shipping and resend. It seems this review belongs to Chronopost, who are responsible for the lost package and forcing us to go through a claims process before we could re-ship.

The customer service team worked very hard to get your issues investigated and resent your package and I can see that both your orders were delivered and were happy with your collectibles.

Nous avons reçu trois figurines pour…

Nous avons reçu trois figurines pour COLLECTION.
Deux des boîtes sont abîmées (enfoncées ou déchirées), car colis mal protégé. C’est très embêtant pour une collection.
Nous avons contacté l’entreprise qui refuse de faire une reprise et un remplacement.
Pourtant c’est eux qui ont mal emballé et on a payé très cher.
Bref une grosse arnaque, passez votre chemin.

J'ai passé commande (paiement intégral

J'ai passé commande (paiement intégral, actuellement il semble que leur politique de réservation ait changé) d'une figurine Starfield Vasco chez Purearts (pure arnaque) en septembre 2023 et livraison le 3eme trimestre 2024 (pré-commande).

Depuis le 3eme trimestre 2024, report au 1er trimestre 2025 puis 2eme trimestre 2025 et maintenant 3eme trimestre .... vous avez compris l'idée !

Lors de mes relances pour avoir une idée d'une réelle livraison, ils m'ont orienté vers leur planning de production des différents modèles qu'ils réalise.

J'ai constaté que la statuette n' a même pas passé le stade de pré-prodution (il y a 5 paliers) donc aucun changement depuis 2023 ! le projet doit être dans un carton au fond des toilettes de l'entreprise !

Donc, après quasi 18 mois (soit 6 mois de retard dans la livraison), j'ai demandé une annulation de ma commande. Si celle-ci s'est réalisée sans difficulté, ils retiennent 15% parce que la commande a plus de 30 jours.

Je trouve cette clause abusive, car ils ne respectent pas leur engagement et surtout AUCUNE perceptive d'évolution dans la réalisation et livraison. Le projet est mort né, mais ne le retire pas du catalogue !

Aujourd'hui, si vous voulez commander, c'est pour le 3eme trimestre 2025 .... toujours en post-production comme ça ils sont certains de prendre 15% à chaque fois, c'est facile, efficace, une belle arnaque !

I ordered a 1000$ Pontiff Statue, Not what Expected

I ordered a 1000$ Pontiff Statue. I expected some prime quality when I received, though when I got it, it was stiff and the pieces didn't fit. The light didn't work and the crown shattered when we picked it up. Cape didn't fit on him, nothing. So I contacted them promptly, they were courteous I'll say that much. I had to destroy the statue in order to get a new one, which made me question the true value of these statues. So I did, then when we received the second one, the light STILL didn't work, everything else fit, thankfully, except the cape, which had to break in order to fit on. Though I gave up and just contacted them in order to receive a partial refund which they gave me 20%. It's beautiful, but for it's flaws, it's not worth 1000$.

I’ve been a loyal customer of PureArts…

I’ve been a loyal customer of PureArts for years, having ordered statues worth several thousand euros, and I’ve always been satisfied with the overall quality—until my most recent experience completely changed that.

I never received my last order and immediately contacted customer service. It took them over 8 months to propose a “solution” that was not only unfair but also illegal: they wanted to refund me with a 15% deduction and refused to reimburse the shipping costs. For a loyal customer, this is beyond unacceptable.

When I informed them of my right to a full refund, they refused. I had no choice but to involve my credit card company, which now seems to be resolving the matter in my favor. However, PureArts’ response to this was to ban me from placing any future orders.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I can no longer recommend PureArts. I will also be leaving an honest review on relevant platforms to warn other potential customers about how this company treats its loyal customers.

Misleading prices

Terrible customer service. They had a sale advertised on the front page and in my cart but checkout reverts to full price. Customer service unhelpful. Disappointed.
