Scam company!! Had a terrible and faulty bark collar delivered which fell apart as I tried to put it on the dog. I requested a return address and refund straight away which they say on their website they will do “no questions asked” but all they’re doing it refusing to give me a return address, offering a credit note or half a refund. Going to trading standards now

Scam with low quality non working toys. Took over 15 days to ship and it’s very low quality. Do not buy

Scam company. Ordered a dog bed on Jan 30. Charged on Jan 31st. They claim that they shipped it on February 2nd and gave me a USPS tracking number. It is now February 18th, and USPS tracking says that they are "awaiting package". I have written to them at least a dozen times, and they claim that the tracking system needs to update (which is a lie because USPS updates in real time). I've asked for a refund, but they claim they cannot give a refund because the item has already shipped and to just wait for USPS to update their tracking info. I wish I had read the reviews before buying this dog bed.

Great customer service. Had an issue with sizing (my dog is weirdly shaped) and they resolved it quickly. Highly recommended

My dogs love the bed and carry it to areas they want to sleep! They hilariously try and share but another one is one the way!

Do not order anything from PupsDream if you intend to return it. Their return policy clearly states that a full refund will be issued if the item doesn’t work out. The dog jacket I ordered was too small and PupsDream refused to issue a refund. I exchanged many emails with their customer service rep and they kept saying I could keep the item or donate it and they would give me a discount to their store instead. We exchanged email after email and finally they said if I donated the item, got a receipt and sent them the receipt from the charity shop they would refund me. What a scam. They fully expect to wear you down so you will just forget about a refund. After the last email I had to walk away because it was clear this company does not honor their return policy. If I would have known I never would have bothered with PupsDream.

We had ordered a dog bed for our Labrador, but had requested the wrong size. Roland gave advice on correct size and sorted out the replacement - nothing seemed too much trouble. The replacement has now arrived and we are delighted with the product and the superb customer service.

Scam Products and absolutely disgusting customer service. Google recommended their air purifier which took ages to arrive anyway and didn't even have a valid tracking number. I was charged extra for postage even though it claimed to be free before purchasing. When it arrived it was basically a hunk of plastic with a light at the top. It didn't seem to be doing anything it claimed to on the website. I couldn't even remove the so called "filter". It felt fragile and badly made. I emailed the company immediately asking to return it cause I knew I'd wasted my money. I was then told I couldn't send it back and that I would only get a voucher as a refund to use on their website. I fought for days back and forth trying to return the useless product but they refused to take it back (says a lot about how they value their stock) and still haven't got a refund. They've offered me a 50% refund which I've now accepted out of pure lack of willpower to fight for anything more, but god knows if I'll actually get one. Never EVER shop from here. They make claims of being a charitable company but all I've experienced is classic money stealing scam artist nonsense. AVOID! They have fake reviews boosting their products on their website so don't get roped in like I did.

What can I say other than Pupsdream is first class in every respect. It was completely my fault that I ordered 2 dog beds which were actually too small, when they arrived. I called Pupsdream and explained the situation. They agreed to send me 2 larger beds and asked me just to pay the difference in cost + £5 for administrative costs. They even said that I could keep the 2 smaller dog beds or simply give them away. What service!!

My granddoggy, Luna, absolutely loved the interactive fish toy! Her parents did, also. It is a very pretty blue fish, which charges easily and moves for a long time. Luna has so many stufffies, so I loved giving her something unique that would stimulate her smart mind.

I purchased the BarkBuddy Pain Free Anti-Barking Device. I sent a video to customer support showing that the device doesn't work even following exact directions. They said that there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the device and that they would get back to me. Its been two months. They are clearly stalling so they don't have to give us a refund before the 100 days. This is a total SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY DON'T WORK.
