The product is noticeably better quality than others I'd seen at the store. I love the fact that the pillow is removable!

If I could put 0 stars I would, Sven from customer service probably doesn't even read the emails. They refuse to give me a proper tracking number and have changed the delivery date twice. As per their return policy (which states you can initiate a return within 100 days of order - which is obviously stupid as it should state within 100 days of receiving your order) I have initiated a return. If they don't comply I will contact my bank. I wanted to share this information as soon as possible so people can AVOID this company. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. ABSOLUTELY AVOID! SCAMMING TIME WASTERS!

Our 15 year old dog needed a new bed to be comfortable. We researched and finally ordered The Original Calming Cloud 9 Dog Bed. It was wonderful. He immediately lay down and you could tell that he loved it. Unfortunately, he did not get to use it more than a week...but for the last week of his life he was comfortable.

Product didn't arrive with any instructions but when I emailed, they were quick to respond and provide one electronically. It took longer than expected to arrive but product is sleek and quiet.

Stay away from this company, their prices are rip off's and they refuse returns. I was told to donate the product and provide proof of this to get a return when I just wanted to return the product for a refund. Bad customer service and bad products.

Easy to order, fast delivery and can't get my pup out of the bed, ended up buying another as a regular visiting pup also took a liking to the bed and they couldn't both fit! The discounts when buying the 2nd bed were also great!

My black lab used to pant constantly during summer. This cooling mat changed everything for her comfort. It's durable enough to withstand her claws. The size is perfect for her to stretch out completely. Been using it for 3 months with no signs of wear.

I bought the original cloud 9 dog bed , it was delivered within the timescale stated in the website. My dog loves his new bed , he is an elderly whippet who likes his comfort- this bed meets with his approval!
My only criticism is that having ordered I had no idea how long delivery would take, I had to search the website to find delivery times. I did email customer service and they replied promptly but the reply just stated they would email me when it was despatched ,still no estimate of delivery. The tracking provided by yodel was extremely unhelpful and it wasn’t until it was delivered that the tracking details were updated.

Cheap crap..paid £50 for a ‘calming’ dog bed and arrived all lumpy and uncomfortable so no use. Save your money and do not buy from this company.

Fabulous product. Only disappointment was the overall delivery time. Could have been much quicker.

Purchased a couple dog coats as my dog is an awkward size for fitting. The coats did not fit. Ordered a 3rd size which was never delivered. Requested a refund well within the 100 days guaranteed timeframe...over...and over...and over again. They kept giving me indirect responses and refused to give me a return label or address. Their guarantee and customer service is abysmal.

The first bed’s zipper got broken soon. I contacted costumer support. They always replied to me and after a long wait and exchanging emails. I got a replacement.

Placed an order on the 28/02/2025. Never received a confirmation email and it just said order confirmed on website. The funds left my account but no tracking info arrived, just a load of money off emails, I’ve emailed customer services who were prompt but they just keep asking for order number to locate my order. I’ve sent them the photo of the transaction coming out of my account, name, address etc and they said they still can’t locate my account without an order number. I won’t be using this company again and now I’m out of pocket.

I paid $30 for the flippity-fish dog toy that lasted a whopping 10 minutes- a real bargain, right? I thought I was upgrading by going with this one instead of the cheap Amazon version, but turns out I got scammed.
The plastic tail part broke off, creating a choking hazard. Luckily, I caught it before my dog did, but seriously- this thing's a hazard.
Naturally, I reached out to customer service, expecting at least some sort of solution. They asked for pictures (which I gladly provided), then told me their QA team said it was "caused by chewing" and they won't do anything.
Chewing?! Um, this is a dog toy- what exactly did they think was going to happen? Nowhere on the website does it say "don't let your dog chew this thing," in fact, it CLAIMS it's built to handle rough chewing and WON'T pose a choking hazard. Both of those claims are a bold-faced lie.
And let's talk about that 100-day money-back guarantee they advertise- more like a 100 day joke. No refunds, no replacement, just false advertising. If it lasted even a day, I might've been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nope, it barely made it 10 minutes- not exaggerating one bit.
I ordered the cheaper one on Amazon, got it the next day, and it's still in one piece and working well. So, yea, the problem isn't chewing- it's just garbage quality.
Save your money and frustration. This company is a joke.

I purchased an AntiBarking device from PupsDream about a week ago only because it had a 100% money back guarantee if it didn’t work. It doesn’t work, and after 3 emails back and forth, they are willing to refund 50% of the purchase price.They are not doing what it says on the tin ! You should always treat the customer the way you want to be treated. Keep your word.

AVOID!!!!!! Return policy is all lies, they will not refund as there website states all they do is offer 50% refund or a credit note. Wish I had read reviews on this company as I am now out of pocket with a device that is useless! Scammers and liars.

We got a bark stopper. Looks like a box with a light that is too bright to leave on.

Same as another user. Ordered based on the Return Policy and they refused, saying it was only a credit for other merchandise. Never again

Our dog is getting up there in age and generally needs a bed with a bolster to prop her head on to feel comfortable. After looking around local stores when it was time to replace the bed in her crate and finding nothing that seemed right, we took a risk and ordered a Pupsdream bed online. It was an immediate success; our normally clingy and anxious dog even elected to stay in this bed rather than use a different (and previously loved by her) bed we had in the office. While this resulted in her being away from us for several entire workdays, they were some of the quietest, calmest days she’d had for months. We ordered a second bed to replace her non-Pupsdream bed, and she’s back to gladly spending time with us… still quieter, calmer, and happier than before. Both the beige and grey original calming cloud beds are a good color match to what’s shown on the website. The beds are super soft while still offering good support and the construction seems sufficiently durable to be worth the cost we paid. (The first of the two beds was delivered 1/23/25, limiting my ability to report back on actual longevity at only just over a month in.) Based on our experience to date, we would recommend these beds. In fact, since getting the two beds for our dog, we have actually recommended the bed to a few friends and family looking to replace their dog beds and have received positive feedback from the friends who ordered their own.

My very large Dogs love them.

I find them simple to launder and get back in service the same day.
